I took my daughter as a surprise for her birthday. We paid for the deluxe pedi, which the menu stated was a minimum 10 minute massage. We both got less than 2 minutes. We had appointments at 2:30 and when we got there we're rudely told we would have to wait. It was about a half hour later that we started. Multiple people came in after and were greeted the same. Our pedis were less than 15 minutes each. Was not the experience I paid for. I'd avoid this place and look at different salons. read more

I'm new in town and looking for a new spot for acrylics and peti. My brother also does mani-pedi. I am a bartender so tips are everything and a plenty in my family. Worse pedicure ever!!!!! Thank goodness I was 5 minutes late and she refused to do a full set for me. I don't complain and this is the first time posting on any review site but I couldn't not. The place was empty this afternoon when I stopped in to make the appointment and it was empty when I came back at 6;30pm. She tore off my gel nail polish. Waved the callus remover over my feet. Glopped on the polish and now she is filing my already polished nails and picking off the overspill of the polish. I left her 5$ because it goes against my entire working life to leave nothing. I'm going to try another spot tomorrow for a new full set. I will find my nail place here in my new city! read more

This was the shortest pedicure I have ever gotten, under 30 min. Felt rushed. Non gel polish selections are lacking and many bottles look old/separated. No examples on the nail ring. Technician seemed disinterested and hurried. Customer service was the most obvious missing aspect of this experience. Salon seemed clean and nice, but none of the staff were friendly or remotely interested in customer service. Will not spend my money here again. It was so SO bad, it's just laughable. I don't even know where to begin... I have a very strong feeling some of the reviews are fake & some of the pictures are not nails they did themselves. Full set - the tops are bumpy, the sides are horrible. Place is messy - unsanitary. Rhinestones were put on sloppily. No lotion or oil; never asked to wash hands after drilling was done. Also - I'm going to watch my bank account. I'm a little concerned I was charged twice. But I don't know for sure. Watch carefully when you're charged. What some ppl don't realize is MT is a freakin small place. Word spreads. They won't stay opened long... legally... so I'm not too concerned. Decided to try after seeing pictures here on yelp, but I'm telling you - something doesn't add up. It was laughably bad. And if anyone says I "didn't have any appointment" - I will post my receipt. Awful. I had an appt at 9:30 and they didn't show up to unlock the doors until 9:45. I showed them a picture of kind of nails I wanted but slightly different colors and he got mad because I was choosing different colors than the picture. My thumbs he did a dark purple then I said I didn't like it so he just put black over it. My ring finger he started with silver sparkle and it ran out so he switched it to a silver rainbow sparkle.... my nails in the end are lumpy and not a nice finish.. also no oil or lotion. I am now at a different salon in the photos and getting them re done. Do not recommend. read more

I understand they are understaffed and busy. But they didn't file my fingernails at all, the polish was messy & they left my cuticles sticking out. I wish I would've said something but they made it very clear that they were busy and trying to rush things. I'm giving three stars because they did a better job on my pedicure. read more

Iv gotten my nails done here quite a few times now, super easy to get into and they usually are able to take walk ins. Nice staff and I think the prices are alright. They have the new SNS powder and I love it, highly recommend switching over to that instead of gel! And they always keep their patience with me even though I'm super OCD and a little bit picky sometimes. read more

I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, but I had an exceptional experience here this past weekend with two girlfriends. The three of us were long overdue for pedicures and picked this place partially because it's one of the only ones open on Sundays in Billings. They got all 3 of us in right away. Nice comfortable massage chairs. I could see lots of attention to cleanliness of the basins, tools (sterilization of metal tools), etc. The overall feel of the place is a bit dingy, but the things that mattered were definitely clean. The nail technicians were very nice, and spent a lot of time on our pedicures!! Two of us chose their "Deluxe" which at first I thought was a touch on the pricey side at $55, but an hour and a half later my feet/legs had been scrubbed, scraped, massaged with hot stones, lotioned, paraffin dipped and hot-toweled. Well worth the price! The other of us got the next package up which was another $10 and included some funky extra moisturizing gel soak and an extra 5 minutes of massage. They also used fresh fruit in the massage and in the soaking water- I was shocked when I saw them bring out the freshly cut limes and oranges and incorporated them into the treatment. We were even offered champagne or wine, which we did not take them up on at this visit but are definitely planning on partaking the next visit, especially because they told us we could bring our own booze! They got pretty busy, and did a good job of not rushing through our pedicures to get to the next person. The nail techs were all very friendly and just the right amount of chatty and fun. Nice enough staff. A little hard to understand and felt more comfortable speaking in their language. Could be a little cleaner and is a little too pricey. I am okay with my nails although I wish they were a little shorter and every single finger has a cut. $47 for full set and flower design. my 8 year old had a manicure for $17 and my husband had a $55 pedicure. . Which I feel he was pressured into spending more for a deluxe pedicure. In the end with tip we spent $126. Since we are fairly new in town I believe I will keep looking for another place to have my nails done. Also they wouldn't draw a design on our daughters nail because no one could see it. If I could give zero stars I would. I did a walk in 3 weeks before the second and third time I went. When she did my nails the shape was terrible none matched in length and they started falling off a week after getting them done. My ring finger started hurting like as if I had hit my nail on something. So I go back in to get the ones that fell off fixed. I told her about my ring finger and she put a nail on it anyway. Got a pedi a few days later and THE GEL didn't even last two days before they all started falling off my toenails. My last time going here The man, who I believe owns the place, tells me to sit. I showed him what I wanted. I specifically asked "are you able to do these?" He said "yes" when it came down to it he couldn't adequately do them because he didn't have the right stones. And when I got upset about the ugly stones he was trying to put on and told him that I asked if he could accommodate the nails I wanted he said he could, he started LITERALLY screaming at my at the top of his longs. I just let him do whatever he wanted. Asked him to stop yelling paid and tipped then left. Well a week later my ring finger starts hurting so bad that I'm in tears at work. Two days later I take the acrylic off and my nail had an infection and my whole nail almost came off. They are a nasty dirty place that I WILL NEVER GO TO AGAIN. They tell you 10 min wait and you end up waiting 30 minutes for a simple service that still isnt provided or met at the 30 minute time frame given. I had a really horrible experience here today. They said they could do 4 manicures at a time and then we got there and they were going to do us one at a time. Then 3 times we asked for manicures with powder polish. After several discussions about it they ended up just putting polish on them and they looked like crap. When we asked to have them cleaned up they argued that it was our fault due to us picking the powder and not having cuticles trimmed. I then explained that we asked multiple times for manicures but didn't get them. Then they over charged us considering we didn't get a manicure. I wanted out of there so I paid it. I didn't have an appointment so I patiently waited about 20 minutes. When I finally sat down with the tech, she filed my nails and painted them and sent me on my way. Without a doubt the best mani/pedi I've ever had! I called ahead, asking if they could fit me in, and if I could be in and out in an hour. I was traveling for work and my hands and feet were looking scary. The ladies (I'm so sorry, I didn't catch their names ) meticulously got every single piece of extra cuticle, filed my nails lightly til smooth, handled my calluses and we're absolute gems to hang out with for an hour. I just dropped $50 on a mani/pedi and came home having to take the polish right off my toes because they'd gotten smeared, even after I'd asked whether I could wait awhile for them to dry more (I came from work with socks and boots on). And my fingernails have sharp corners and rough edges. I told him about that when I paid and he just said it was because my nails were so short. I call BS. They started our pedicures and just left us sitting there and the water got cold, no one even checked? Bad customer service. The walls are unfinished and its chaos. Had a great experience today getting my pedicure. Super friendly staff and they have the super high tech massage chairs. I chose the deluxe pedicure, which included about 15 different awesome extras. I loved that they didn't rush me out of there and allowed me to stay and hang out in the uber awesome chair after my pedicure was already completed. Overall great and accommodating staff! read more

My wife got her nails done here and they were terrible my 16 year old daughter could do a better job

Had my nails done twice by Andy. He tore open my nail beds and was so rough that my nails were bleeding. The acrylic was coming off at the base of the nail within two days. Then I went to a different salon who told me she has gotten multiple customers who had a fungus after receiving services at this location. He was very nice but he needs to work on having a lighter hand and hiring more employees so he doesn't have to rush through his clients. read more

Luckily I posted to the Billings classifieds and Kendra messaged me and saved me from my brassy hair mess. I enjoyed talking to Kendra , she did what I asked for and was awesome.
