Don't get your nails done here Scheduled a manicure with Hero and things were going fine, it was a simple shellac manicures, with minimal prep, just shaping the tips of the nails. No cuticle cleaning or buffing. I asked for a French tip. I'm trying out different nail salons to see where to get my wedding nails done and this is not the place. Hero was pleasant and the chat was fine but not even 24 hours later the layers had begun to peel off my nails and in whole pieces. I paid $40 with tip for a $35 manicure that didn't last a whole day. I called to leave a message about a refund because I was so shocked that they came off. Learned today that they would not offer a refund and the only option was I could get them redone and they would try a different technique. I asked why it didn't stay the first time and they said either the tip was applied to thick or I must have done something to cause them to peel. They peeled after I showered. I don't know how simple water could have led to that. I said that was really not helpful and later asked if it would be with Hero again or can some other tech do it, they said it could be another tech but they're booked through August. Shelley does great hair and I love coming here when my hair needs work, but I won't return to get my nails done. I just want my money back for this lousy manicure read more

This place was very unprofessional. We came from about an hour away, which was stated when we made the appointment. We also told them it was a a 15 year old for prom and that she was missing school for it. We had an appointment set for 3 o'clock on a Thursday only to get a call 45 minutes before our appointment to tell us that it was cancelled after we already drove in that there was nothing they could do for us. I asked if they could possibly offer a slight discount on a hair cut for our troubles of driving in and they basically laughed and said "it was the person who booked its problem." They weren't very nice and very unprofessional. read more

After I already came into town they called 45 minutes before to say that we couldn't do it due to an error on their end. New to Montana and needed a new hairdresser. I am letting my gray come in after years of dyeing my hair and wasn't feeling very confident so I needed someone to transition it with gray/silver highlights. I called around to salons and this one sounded the most confident so I chose them. The day came to do a my transition and the hairdresser, Shelly, was frazzled. I showed her pics and she claimed that due to my hair's condition she would need to do highlights and lowlights. After it was complete there was barely any gray/silver (even my own gray I had taken a year to grow out was gone). She stated she had to take me back to my old haircolor and she doesn't like clients who think they can just bring in a pic and get exactly that. She then applied a toner but stated she really needed more time but she was more concerned with her next client. I only wash my hair once a week (and I purchased a shampoo from her to use) but two weeks later my hair had no color and looked exactly as it did before I had anything done. Even my husband stated it looked as if I never had my hair done. So now I'm walking around with 3 different colors in my hair (my gray, my old hair dye and blonde highlights). It's awful. I've tried to reach out to the salon (stopped in once and called a couple times) but keep missing when they are open or manager isn't present. I've given up and so much time has passed so I figured I'd write this review instead. read more

I have been on the hunt for a new hairstylist ever since moving to Billings about 1.5 years ago. I've been to both Euphoria and Synergy Salon. Since the other two stylists I used came highly recommended, I didn't necessarily have high hopes for this salon. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. Kelli really took the time to make sure that my hair was exactly the length and style I wanted. The cut she gave me was really on par with more expensive salons I've been to in the past. She has 10 years of experience and just moved from San Diego. She'll be the person that I go to now on. Don't be put off by the dated building exterior or that there doesn't seem to be a set receptionist (Maybe they don't have one on slower days? Not sure about the set up yet. Went to get shellac done today and it was terrible! It has been 6 hours since it was done now and all of the shellac has peeled up on all of my fingers. The nail tech didn't properly prep my nails first, and was very unprofessional. She was gossiping so much with the other girls and watching them with their clients, instead of getting to know me and keep me as a client, that she forgot to turn the UV light on multiple times. My nails turned out lumpy, uneven and just terrible. Won't be going back, that was a waste of $30! read more

This place was horrible. The minute I walked in the girls were so fucking rude. They looked like they HATED their jobs and HATED their life. I can't remember the girl who cut my hair, all I remember was that she was blonde. Anyway, I walked in and sat down and when she asked what I was getting and i started explaining, I looked up and she was looking at the other girl with this "what the fuck" expression on her face. She wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying. She didn't pay attention to what I was saying and then she didn't even know how to do it. She had to ask another stylist how to cut my hair. The entire time this girl was so fucking rude and pulled my hair with the scissors when she was cutting and it hurt and she kept having to ask this other stylist how to cut my hair the way I wanted it and kept messing up. She answered the phone WHILE SHE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR and also while she was cutting my hair she would occasionally glance at the other stylist and laugh and make faces. She also would cut my hair while she was looking at someone else. She also said that she hates people. My haircut isn't what I wanted and is so choppy that I now have to go get it fixed. Please never go here these people are young girls who don't know how to cut hair and should never cut someone's hair ever again. read more
