THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL NIGHTMARE IN BILLINGS BOTCHED HAIR, SCAM TACTICS, AND A VERBAL ASSAULT BY MANAGEMENT if you care about your appearance, your hard-earned money, and your basic dignity, stay as far away from this salon as humanly possible. I paid $150 for a dimensional, light foiled look and walked out looking like an over-processed, kitchen box-dye disaster.1. THE BOTCHED & RUSHED SERVICE:The stylist showed a complete lack of professional competence. She rushed through what should have been a highly technical, multi-hour process in exactly 3 hours, cutting every corner just to clear her chair for her 12:00 PM appointment. She completely miscalculated the toner formula, allowing it to over-deposit into a flat, muddy, solid dark color the literal opposite of the light inspiration photo I provided. To make her laziness worse, she didn't even bother to blow-dry or style it properly. I was shoved out of the door looking completely unstyled, messy, and crazy.2. THE ADVANCED BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM:I stated immediately while sitting in her chair that I hated the result and that it was entirely dark and wrong. Instead of acting like a professional and correcting her blatant technical failure on the spot, she attempted to extort me. She told me to wait a week for it to "fade" and explicitly stated she would charge me FULL PRICE A SECOND TIME just to fix the disaster she created. They intentionally trap clients into paying twice for one basic service.3. THE UNHINGED VERBAL ASSAULT BY MANAGEMENT:Today, I contacted the salon manager to resolve this professionally over the phone. I expected standard protocol: a free correction with a senior stylist or a partial refund for the ruined labor. Instead, the manager became aggressively hostile and threw a complete tantrum. She flat-out told me to "fck off," refused to help, and then completely flipped the script by accusing ME of trying to "steal her money."The absolute delusion and lack of ethics required to take $150 from a paying customer, butcher their hair, and then scream that the customer is the thief for wanting what they paid for is jaw-dropping. They are the ones pocketing money for services they are completely unqualified to perform.Do not let their social media pages fool you. They do not accept accountability, they lack basic color theory knowledge, and management is completely unprofessional. Look at the comparison photos below of the light look I requested versus the dark, flat mess they gave me. Save your hair and your sanity go literally anywhere else. read more

Don't get your nails done here Scheduled a manicure with Hero and things were going fine, it was a simple shellac manicures, with minimal prep, just shaping the tips of the nails. No cuticle cleaning or buffing. I asked for a French tip. I'm trying out different nail salons to see where to get my wedding nails done and this is not the place. Hero was pleasant and the chat was fine but not even 24 hours later the layers had begun to peel off my nails and in whole pieces. I paid $40 with tip for a $35 manicure that didn't last a whole day. I called to leave a message about a refund because I was so shocked that they came off. Learned today that they would not offer a refund and the only option was I could get them redone and they would try a different technique. I asked why it didn't stay the first time and they said either the tip was applied to thick or I must have done something to cause them to peel. They peeled after I showered. I don't know how simple water could have led to that. I said that was really not helpful and later asked if it would be with Hero again or can some other tech do it, they said it could be another tech but they're booked through August. Shelley does great hair and I love coming here when my hair needs work, but I won't return to get my nails done. I just want my money back for this lousy manicure read more

This place was very unprofessional. We came from about an hour away, which was stated when we made the appointment. We also told them it was a a 15 year old for prom and that she was missing school for it. We had an appointment set for 3 o'clock on a Thursday only to get a call 45 minutes before our appointment to tell us that it was cancelled after we already drove in that there was nothing they could do for us. I asked if they could possibly offer a slight discount on a hair cut for our troubles of driving in and they basically laughed and said "it was the person who booked its problem." They weren't very nice and very unprofessional. read more

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and when scheduling I explained that I live out of town and that I would be missing school. After I already came into town they called 45 minutes before to say that we couldn't do it due to an error on their end. I tried coming to an agreement with them they were extremely rude and unprofessional. By far the worst service i've ever received. Highly do not recommend. read more

New to Montana and needed a new hairdresser. I am letting my gray come in after years of dyeing my hair and wasn't feeling very confident so I needed someone to transition it with gray/silver highlights. I called around to salons and this one sounded the most confident so I chose them. The day came to do a my transition and the hairdresser, Shelly, was frazzled. I showed her pics and she claimed that due to my hair's condition she would need to do highlights and lowlights. After it was complete there was barely any gray/silver (even my own gray I had taken a year to grow out was gone). She stated she had to take me back to my old haircolor and she doesn't like clients who think they can just bring in a pic and get exactly that. She then applied a toner but stated she really needed more time but she was more concerned with her next client. I only wash my hair once a week (and I purchased a shampoo from her to use) but two weeks later my hair had no color and looked exactly as it did before I had anything done. Even my husband stated it looked as if I never had my hair done. So now I'm walking around with 3 different colors in my hair (my gray, my old hair dye and blonde highlights). It's awful. I've tried to reach out to the salon (stopped in once and called a couple times) but keep missing when they are open or manager isn't present. I've given up and so much time has passed so I figured I'd write this review instead. read more

I love this place! The girls are awesome and do a good job at what they do. Kasey does my hair and is a great colorist. Megan does my lashes, and makes them look amazing. Please check them out if you're in need of some pampering!! read more

I have been on the hunt for a new hairstylist ever since moving to Billings about 1.5 years ago. I've been to both Euphoria and Synergy Salon. Since the other two stylists I used came highly recommended, I didn't necessarily have high hopes for this salon. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. Kelli really took the time to make sure that my hair was exactly the length and style I wanted. The cut she gave me was really on par with more expensive salons I've been to in the past. She has 10 years of experience and just moved from San Diego. She'll be the person that I go to now on. Don't be put off by the dated building exterior or that there doesn't seem to be a set receptionist (Maybe they don't have one on slower days? Not sure about the set up yet. Will post a follow-up review). read more

Had Amanda shellac my nails. She did an awesome job. The cost was reasonable and she was very professional.

I love my new hair cut! Cassandra did a wonderful job! She was super nice and helpful when I asked her to do my bangs. They turned out a whole lot nicer than I wanted them so that's a plus! . And the products she used smelled so good. read more

Went to get shellac done today and it was terrible! It has been 6 hours since it was done now and all of the shellac has peeled up on all of my fingers. The nail tech didn't properly prep my nails first, and was very unprofessional. She was gossiping so much with the other girls and watching them with their clients, instead of getting to know me and keep me as a client, that she forgot to turn the UV light on multiple times. My nails turned out lumpy, uneven and just terrible. Won't be going back, that was a waste of $30! read more

I always have an awesome experience coming here! Love all the young ladies. Amanda has done my hair for almost 6 years always love it!! Thanks for the great service! read more

This place was horrible. The minute I walked in the girls were so fucking rude. They looked like they HATED their jobs and HATED their life. I can't remember the girl who cut my hair, all I remember was that she was blonde. Anyway, I walked in and sat down and when she asked what I was getting and i started explaining, I looked up and she was looking at the other girl with this "what the fuck" expression on her face. She wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying. She didn't pay attention to what I was saying and then she didn't even know how to do it. She had to ask another stylist how to cut my hair. The entire time this girl was so fucking rude and pulled my hair with the scissors when she was cutting and it hurt and she kept having to ask this other stylist how to cut my hair the way I wanted it and kept messing up. She answered the phone WHILE SHE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR and also while she was cutting my hair she would occasionally glance at the other stylist and laugh and make faces. She also would cut my hair while she was looking at someone else. She also said that she hates people. My haircut isn't what I wanted and is so choppy that I now have to go get it fixed. Please never go here these people are young girls who don't know how to cut hair and should never cut someone's hair ever again. read more

Worst manicure ever! I am not sure if the nail technician not experienced or just have no talent to do the job. I would not recommend this place. read more
