I had two and eventually just had to move salons since they never could get the cuts right despite photos or/and discussion; they did know how to cut hair tho. For those who are disciples of Aveda, it doesn't appear the stylists are all Aveda Institute trained. And I'm not sure that they take notes on their clients after appointments since they couldn't remember exactly what modifications were done to the cuts at the next appointment nor could they remember individual customer preferences. Discussion amongst other customers details the same experience, but some have been happier with their stylists. The colorists are consistently good, particularly if you are looking for a consistent coloring scheme. I recommend Tony for coloring. I've used a few of the spa services and they are among the better in town but prices are high and quality is variable. I have not used waxing services, so I can't make any recommendations there.

Upon approaching the spa after their system charged me twice, the front desk attendant was very rude and said we'd need to take this matter up with our bank. The bank actually commented saying that this happens often with this business and reversed the second charge. This management then charged my bank AGAIN for a service I NEVER RECEIVED AND paid for twice. The one service/gift card that my spouse did redeem was less than desirable even requesting that customers book massages on weekdays and daytime hours ONLY. The spa experience was less than average as well. Please do NOT waste your time or risk your hard earned money being stolen from this horribly run facility. Their doors should be permanently closed!
