Valerie is professional, incredibly personable, explained what she found (discoloration under a nail that was improperly filled) and how to treat it. She was not upset that a few nails were lifting and redid the entire nail. She was so detail oriented, there are no sore cuticles from the files, absolutely no polish on skin, entirely smooth nail finish without ridges or uneven filing. After watching the talent and expertise she exhibited, I asked her to pick the colors and design saying I like xxxxx colors. She did and I've never been more please and feel so confident about my nails. The quality is second to none and I am thrilled to have found my nail tech!

I expressed my concern for getting Botox with a new provider, the nurse assured me she was skilled and experienced and would "never" give me a droopy eye, which I had experienced before. She also suggested using part of the filler syringe for my smile lines, she stated "they will disappear " Less than 48 hours after my appointment I noticed my smile lines accentuated worse and my eye began drooping to where it messed with my vision. Not to mention aesthetically embarrassing! I contacted the business immediately sending videos and pictures. They refused to see me for two weeks even though it was clear my procedure was messed up: They did not offer compensation or sympathy for the botched service. I brought photos of an ombré fade into a soft white French tip and was told it was "no problem," but after 3.5+ hours it was clear the technician didn't know how to do it. Even after messing it up twice, he kept attempting it instead of being honest-wasting my time and leaving a bad result. The pedicure was awful: my toenails were cut way too short, I didn't get the polish color I chose, and the wax on my left foot was so hot it burned me. When I pulled away and said it was burning, he didn't apologize, just said, "Oh, that's too hot," and moved on. The pedicure also looked sloppy with leftover white polish around the edges. Then the nail service got worse-tool issues, constant hand repositioning, and when I said I didn't like the uneven, speckled look, he got dismissive, rolled his eyes, and walked away. I also scheduled and paid for a full manicure that was never done, yet | was still charged. I was there from 12:30 PM to 4:17 PM, left with nails | didn't ask for, a burned foot, and a $195 bill. No professionalism, no accountability, no customer care. Again the first picture is what I asked for and they were like. Oh yes, absolutely no problem messing it up two times and having speckled white spots all over my nails they had to redo it again and I just ended up with French tips. ‍
