Valerie is professional, incredibly personable, explained what she found (discoloration under a nail that was improperly filled) and how to treat it. She was not upset that a few nails were lifting and redid the entire nail. She was so detail oriented, there are no sore cuticles from the files, absolutely no polish on skin, entirely smooth nail finish without ridges or uneven filing. After watching the talent and expertise she exhibited, I asked her to pick the colors and design saying I like xxxxx colors. EXTREMELY rude staff! Received a gift card and made an appointment for a lash fill. When I arrived,…read morestaff acted like they had no record of my appointment which I had made a week in advance. I was told to wait as the person doing my eyelashes (who turned out to be the owner) was not there. When she arrived 15 minutes late she said nothing to me and walked back to the eyelash room, with me still sitting in the waiting area, the receptionist advised me to follow her. She literally said nothing to me the entire time, no apology for being late, never once asked what I was looking for in a fill or if I was comfortable /anything throughout the appointment. At the end (after about 30 minutes, I've never had a fill anywhere else less than an hour!) she simply propped the chair up and told me I could go. Never once asking if I was happy with my fill, showing them to me in the mirror or anything. The whole staff acted as if they were annoyed or that it was a hardship to be giving them business!!! My lashes are OK, but when I go into a salon I want to feel welcomed and pampered, rather than feel as if I'm a burden to the staff!! Will not be going back and will advise others to do the same.

There was not another soul in the place. I was in and out of there wash, hair cut and dry in 25 minutes. I was expecting a better than Great Clips experience but did not get one.
