If that wasn't good enough, the waxing services she provides are consistently good and since my brows are akin to brooke shields circa 1986 it takes a pro to keep them in check. I'm not the type to go all out with hilights, mani's or pedi's but because every service i have received so far has been incredible, I may go for a pedi when flip flop weather is over and the pedi will last longer than 2 days.

I got a pedicure, a body contour wrap, massage, facial, and they fed me lunch. I don't know why I left there and didn't look back at the great job all technicians did. When we left there we felt like royalty. I should have scheduled appointments then. After 10 years of bad experiences with mediocre estheticians and hair dressers, I finally got a clue and scheduled appointments at Nail-Issimo for two separate procedures. It was like going home. I got the royal treatment from Brit N., a tall, attractive, slender hair designer who also had a very confident personality. She trimmed my hair exactly the way I asked with no exception. I know from past experience that if my stylist is not attractive and confident, she tends to be a little deviant drama queen with no apologies for disasters. Brit is a mature young lady who takes care of herself, therefore knows how to take care of her clients. The cost was $35, well worth the money. Afterward I went downstairs to meet my esthetician for another procedure. Jacque was another pleasant surprise. I won't tell you what she did, but my visit with her was a delightfully informative which is always a plus for certain procedures. Again, she has an attractive figure which proves that she takes good care of herself. She also believes in natural healing. I consider that a bonus since I believe the same way. Jacque is a true professional with a charming personality which, in turn, sets her clients at ease. I am rating my overall experience at Nail-Issimo as "excellent!" I will continue to use this place and the same ladies for as long as I live in Billings.

I had box colored my hair a black/red color and wanted to go back to blonde. She considered the damage I had already done, and wanted to keep my hair healthy, so it took time but ultimately got to where I wanted to be and loved it. She's been my hair stylist ever since then. She's done my tape in extensions on many occasions and always cared about me keeping my hair healthy. I moved States six years ago, and when I come back to MT to visit I go to see her if I need to. In the time I don't see her, if I have any questions she's always willing to advise me on what to do. She's saved me time and time again when it comes to my impulsive hair decisions and consequences. Not only do I have so much trust in her but she also has many years of experience to back it up. She will forever be my hair expert and I'm hoping some of you allow her to be yours as well. Thank you so much for always making it a great experience Liz!

I appreciate her redoing them without me having to ask but I feel cheated that my pedi was half as long as I booked and she only spent about 5 minutes on my foot scrub and massage and didn't even scrub very well. I can't even show off my pedi since I have a bandaid with Neosporin covering up the scab I have all along my toe where she chopped my cuticle too far back. Pedi chairs are not for the long legged. The chairs are decorative chairs like you'd have in your house. The sink was way too close. I was super uncomfortable trying to sit up and not push the barn wood foot rest into the gal doing my toes. Then stepping off the platform with my greasy feet was scary. I realize they are going for an upscale look but the set up they have does not work for my 5'9" frame. Pedicures cost the same all over town I was really hoping to enjoy a nice place. Pretty sad when the place in Walmart is better than the hoity toity salon.
