You first go to the salad bar, which is a meal in itself, and a delicious one. I would not be exaggerating to refer to every item in it as a delicacy - and it's all you can eat! But you don't want to eat too much of it, because what comes next is better. Waiters start coming to your table with skewers of meat - chicken, pork, and beef - lots of beef -that have just come from a rotisserie in the kitchen. They cut off slices for you, and they keep cutting them off until you tell them to stop. And they have sixteen different kinds of meat so a different waiter shows up at your table every couple of minutes with a different skewer. I have never said this about a restaurant before, but everything I ate was delicious. Not just good, but roll your eyes up in your head and moan out loud good. And the service was fantastic.
