I always enjoyed this place until my most recent visit. Right off the bat the barista had a miserable look on her face. She took our order, we tipped in cash and asked for some waters. She gave us four small cups of water. I went back to ask for a refill of water and a larger cup for the water. She told me those cups were for lattes only. I told her we just spent $60 in here, could I please have a plastic cup of water. She then got combative, raised her voice and yelled. "You are being rude to me. You need to stop." This was done in front of other customers and my children who were frightened by her reaction. I have never had such a rude interaction at a restaurant. It is clear she was having a bad day or was extremely emotional for some reason however, she shouldn't bring that to a place of business. Thankfully, after this interaction, she stormed out of the coffee area and did not return. Another employee had to man the barista station. I would not recommend this place. read more

Super cute establishment! Plenty of parking. Stopped in for some mother-son time to catch up. Everything came out hot and delicious. The tomato basil soup was amazing and I'd get that house salad with bacon everyday of the week. My son got a burger and fries and I heard no complaints. Burgers, BLT, Waffes..I have tried so far. They were almost gourmet grade. Coffee was excellent, especially. I have to say their food was "surprisingly" good, considering the neighborhood's outlook. You will also notice that each item is priced 1-4 dollars lower than the diners in town, where the prices are getting somewhat ridiculous. The spacious upper floor has great potential as a cafe-like workspace. To truly make it a place customers want to revisit and feel at home, I recommend focusing on creating a more "homey" atmosphere with a bit of redecorating. The interior is currently a bit out of place. Add a rural small-town touch so that you can blend into this town. Consider adding windows on the upper floor. This would not only bring in natural light, making the space feel brighter and more open, but also improve ventilation, contributing to a comfortable environment. read more

Was really good the first time I came but the food quality went down by the second time. I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was very cheap quality like the store bought bagged ones from Walmart. I want a bakery style bagel if I'm going out. Overall the breakfast sandwich is not worth $9. Plus they charge you for a cup of tap water. The only saving grace was the chai latte which was amazing. I'd go back for the drinks but not the food. read more

My husband and I stopped for a quick bite to eat before our shopping trip. We loved it! We were greeted right away and quickly received our orders, hardly any wait. The inside is beautiful with its vaulted ceilings and cool loft seating area with exposed beams. I ordered an iced Carmel Macchiato with oat milk and an everything bagel with avocado topped with fresh veggies. My husband had the breakfast platter and fresh coffee with cream and sugar. I had the egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel which was very fresh and tasted good. My boyfriend had the double bacon cheeseburger and he said it was awesome. He was really happy with it and the fries. The Berry Waffle was a perfect addition to our meal. Wanted a little something sweet, but what was so great is that it wasn't too sweet. It was the perfect blend of fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, chocolate sauce and a dollop of whipped cream. The interior was spacious and fairly modern decor even though it's an older building. The staff person was very nice. The only surprise was being charged for two cups of ice water. Most places that is complimentary. If I'm ever in the area again I'd like to try a coffee or chai perhaps. Although it says "bakery" as well, there was only a few muffins and a couple cookies available. Not sure if this is the norm or they were out of items because it was almost 2 pm. read more

We have been to Prandium a couple times now and the drinks and food have been great each time. The coffee and americano were delicious. The waffles were great, and I was especially excited that they offered gluten free waffles that were tasty. The place itself is bright and open, with plenty of space. Would love to give a great review, but our visit to Prandium Cafe was a disaster. 1. They require ordering at the counter for a full breakfast. I don't mind if I was just ordering a bagel. 2. They charge 30 cents for a small cup of water. 3. They are a coffee shop also but no glass cups. 4. My disposable coffee cup lid fell off when I tried to sip it and covered me in hot coffee from chin to shirt to jeans. Positives: The woman at the counter was very nice and quickly returned our money. She was concerned about my chin from the hot coffee. The cafe was clean and quirky with an upstairs loft that would be good for a group celebration. We won't be returning. read more

Such a cute place! The music wasn't too loud and the staff was very friendly. I got the avocado bagel and it wasn't anything out of the ordinary but it was what it needed to be . The veggies were all fresh on the bagel as well. I got a dalgona iced coffee which was delicious but I'd recommend eating the dalgona separately because it makes the coffee too sweet as it melts! read more
