After what seemed like an eternity, we went into a room, with like four people (I don't know why they need so many for a simple treatment?) but, I guess I was being used to train a new person. Since I retired, I determined I no longer wanted to accumulate monthly sessions so I cancelled my membership and received 6 giftcards (equivalent to several hundred dollars) for the unused sessions I had accumulated. I was assured TWICE that the cards did not have expiration dates but I had to use them at this location. I was happy with that. I made an appointment on their website and received a call today telling me they will not honor the gift cards since they are under new management. They are still under the same corporate umbrella company. I'm now out hundreds of dollars. I consider this very poor customer service. I do not recommend this location. Beware...
