After I was home for a few days and still had a tender, sore back; I called Respa. Sent them pictures and they said they were sorry and that I'm a very good customer. She offered no compensation. Honestly, after that bad week of dealing with my back hurting; I called back and told her I thought I needed some compensation. Seriously? You hurt your customers and sorry should be enough. I will never go there again! You just lost 3 customers!!!!
