During my first visit, Jen made sure to discuss my medical history (partial herniated and bulged disc in my lower lumbar area) and other current ailments in order to tailor the session to my needs. Throughout the session, she made sure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain, that proper pressure was being applied, and alloted extra time and attention to problem areas when she discovered them that even I was unaware of!
