I waited like 15 minutes which was frustrating. the person who did my facial did an ok job but didn't explain anything, didn't ask me anything, etc. typically most facials they ask you regarding concerns, products, etc. the hair massage with water was a bit odd - they take you into a different area - I think they wash the hair and use jets, massage etc. it was a bit messy and not sure I would try it again. The place is a bit odd for a spa type place too. They had an offer for $99 which is one of the reasons I went. they also asked me what I was using for tip - they didn't even ask if I wanted to tip. I don't think it's ok to simply expect a tip. they also add a service fee- dont think I've ever had a service fee added for a service like this. Likely won't be back.
