I looked for local coffee shops and noticed that Craft has matcha, so off I went downtown! The atmosphere is really nice, though I felt like I was making a lot of squeaky noises as I walked inside. There were also tables outside and it was cool enough in the morning to sit, but there were several groups there so I stayed inside. I ordered a 16 oz iced matcha latte with almond milk and chatted with the cashier about it being my first day in McPherson. She was very friendly. I sat down at a table and watched the Tour de France on my phone while enjoying my matcha, watching many people come and go, happily enjoying their beverages. This is a very nice find in town!

The service was quick - once we realized that we had to order at the counter!! The chicken bacon ranch pizza and the meat lovers type pizza were delicious. The giant crust bubbles and "burnt" crusts tend to steer us away from brick oven pizzerias. So it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy our experience and our food on our night out!!

There was a long line and this place was busy. Always a good sign! Ordered a veg hibachi and a shrimp tempura roll. The Roll looked nothing like anything I had ordered in the past. Very different and also very lacking in flavor. :( The hibachi was pretty decent and had some decent flavor to it. Included was the Yum Yum sauce and food was overall decent... The price was however great for the portion size. I might return and try something else if driving through McPherson....
