One was even compassionately euthanized at this facility. During COVID, when I was caring for a sick person in Virginia, they made an emergency appointment for the dog so she could be transported to Virginia. (The caregiver had allergies and had developed anaphylaxis to the dog. Almost ended up in the ER.) Latest example -- Buddy, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel needed his second round of vaccinations. But he had again been scratching his ears, more recently until he whined. So, another ear infection. Ok. Took care of that, too. Follow up appointment set up for final vaccination. Everything taken care of. Of course, Buddy was spoiled by staff, treated well. He loves the veterinary clinic. Could not ask for more from a vet clinic.

Sadly, the kitty died, but they were so kind--they placed her in a container so we could give her a nice burial in our backyard and they only asked for a donation for the American Cancer Society. We called the deceased kitty Juliet, after Julie the office manager and made the donation in her name. The skill of these vets has kept my 18-1/2 year old cat going. She has thyroid disease, kidney disease, and an intestinal issue. She goes in to be checked every few weeks and they are just as kind and thoughtful as can be. They saved my cat Bruce when he became severely blocked. They also referred me to the phenobarbital study at the UW Vet School for Bruce when he was having seizures. This referral and the phenobarbital has made him seizure free for nearly three years. My big female kitty Orca has a proclivity to become badly constipated because she has an issue with her intestinal tract. She was so blocked one time her life was in danger, but they saved her and she is on medicine to keep her regular. My husband, myself, and my kitties have been treated with nothing but kindness, compassion, and fairness.

I never was to his office before. My small dog was not keeping her food down and she vomited several times a day for 4 consecutive days. She would refuse to drink or eat, and she would vomit anyway. Even though I had never been a client, Beloit Animal Hospital saw my dog that day. I know that this pressed the Doctor's schedule, yet he did it anyways. Every other vet could only get me in the next week. Dr. Chaudry was knowledgeable, great with my new dog, gave her a thorough physical, and advised that the dog is in good physical condition and not having an allergic reaction. He recommended a vitamin paste that my dog should have and that would get her appetite back. His office supplied the paste and it was very reasonably priced. He recommended the best way to feed my dog and a schedule. My dog responded well to the Vitamin paste and began eating within a few hours. With the recommended food and small meals, she has been moving forward. My wife and I were given great peace of mind understanding her condition and her progressing. Brandy took my call and made this appointment. She is a caring professional. I was so impressed with the Beloit Animal Hospital, the doctor, and staff that I became a client for life. I will never go anywhere else.

Made fun of me and told me to "feed her more food". [Lydia-the-Tattooed-Lady and Kirstin were more interested in being BFFs and mocking a 70 year old woman's serious concerns than they were about my poor Willow.] Three months later they wanted 375.00 to euthanize her. Told me legally they had to do an exam to determine she was ill enough to euthanize (THERE IS NO SUCH LAW!!!). The level of disrespect for me and disregard for my beloved pet was mind numbing.

They allow you to bring a collar and leash for exercise and a cushioned mat and a toy for the dogs. The place is scrupulously clean and disinfected every day. Your pets are required to have all current immunizations including Kennel Cough and the various virus vaccinations. You will have to sign a release for them to have a vet treat a sick pet. Take a health history for the pet. Any special requests that they can fulfill, they will try their best. Check their web site for hours. Advance reservations, while not required, are preferred because they fill up fast. Reserve as far in advance as possible. This kennel ROCKS!
