We love our veterinarian. And their office. Really. For years now. Latest example. I am scheduled to leave for a business trip. Notice the dog behaving differently. Late on a Thursday. Could we get an appointment yet? Yes. Buddy was seen late Friday afternoon. As usual he greatly enjoyed his favorite social outing to the vet's office. (He gets spoiled by everybody.) Ears get checked. Infection it is. Gets a longer term antibiotic and a thorough checkup. Price is reasonable. Last night was the first night Buddy was sleeping more restfully, acting more normal. Dr. Sill is THE BEST. Our cats always get the best from Dr. Sill and her entire staff. For nearly twenty years, her level of service and care and communication has been stellar. Two examples: Our female cat suddenly began tossing hairballs several times a day, every day. Dr. Sill suggested a change of food (yes, Dr. Sill has that and many others on the shelf). Our 12 year old kitty returned to normal by the next day and has remained normal during these 3-4 following years now. : Our male cat suddenly began licking his gums excessively, Dr. Sill did a blood draw and diagnosed a calcium imbalance. The meds she prescribed are not at all expensive and easy for him to take. He is not friendly when being examined, but Dr. Sill and her staff take it in stride and know how to gently work with him (he's a sweet pussycat at home, go figure cats, eh). He has been thriving now since then for more than a year. We didn't know how serious his condition was, and we weren't sure if we should have him examined - Dr. Sill is always candid and friendly. Our two cats don't look nearly as old as we'd expect 16 year old kitties to look. They owe their health and good looks largely to Dr. Sill! read more

What an AWESOME vet office!!!!! I moved here a year ago ago from New England and have gone to 2 different vets but was not happy with the staff. My german shepherd is unsocialized and fearful aggressive. I knew that she was acting off and suspected an ear infection. Our first trip she charged the staff, even muzzled. They gave me meds to calm her down. We tried again but her adrenalin blew right through the meds. They gave me another med to add to it and we tried a third time. They were AMAZING making sure that we could get her in safely. She was still aggressive but the vet did not hesitate to attempt to examine her and by the end of her visit she was not only examined but treated AND the vet made a point of getting down on the floor with her to lavish her with treats determined that this visit would be a positive one for her. I worked in the field 20 years and know that many vets would have turned her away. Not only did they not do that but it is clear to me how very much they love their jobs and it was EXTREMELY important to get her treated safely and properly. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. And the best part is their prices are so unbelievably reasonable. If you need a great vet this is absolutely where you should go. They went that extra mile for our VERY difficult Harley Quinn and we could not be happier!!! Absolutely deserve 5+ star rating. Simply a magnificent group of animals lovers here determined to go that extra mile! read more

The Technicians have extensive training. Dr. Sill and her partner have many years of experience. She has an empathetic approach and a gentle touch that eases the pet's (and owner's) anxiety. Treatments and most surgical procedures are performed on site. The pet supplies are available. The facility is clean and disinfected. Appointments are required, but they can handle some walk-in immediate care problems...just call ahead. read more

I've been to this clinic a couple of times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't know if it's because they've become too big for their britches, but their staff don't seem to be willing to help in a possible emergency situation. I've been turned away from there more than once during an emergency, and my friend has tried to contact them about making them their primary vet (in which she was met with rudeness). I'm sure that they're much nicer and better if you have an appointment (which is why I'm not giving them only one star), but if you have a pet emergency and don't know anywhere else to go, this is definitely not the place to go. On the other hand, I cannot recommend Hononegah Animal Hospital enough! They were willing to not only check my animal, but gave me a pamphlet in case of future emergencies, plus Dr. Flickinger was very nice, understanding, and caring! I will be writing a glowing review for them. read more

Roscoe Vet Clinic was our regular vet service and has been for the past 3 to 4 years. The other afternoon our dog had a seizure and needed immediate medical attention. My wife called to get our dog in to see one of their vets ASAP. She was told that the vets were out to lunch. My wife told them that this was an emergency and she needs to get our dog in to see someone NOW. My wife was asked if she would like to make an appointment. REALLY!!!!!! Our dog is literally dyeing and they want us to make an appointment. We have even suffered though this whole covid-19 year of sitting in our car for 30 to 45 mins to have them come out to our car and get our dog. As I'm sure a lot of others have done. We have spent thousands of dollars there and this is what we get when we need them the most. If I could give less than "0" stars I would for sure. (I had to give 1 star to post this.) If your can find ANY other vet service I would stay as away as you can from Roscoe Vet Clinic They WILL NOT be there when you need them the most. read more

Waiting in your car for 45 mins with kids and a puppy is not realistic. The wait times inside the clinic pre covid were at least 30-45 mins. Schedule less appointments if the clinic is not efficient enough to keep up with the volume. read more

This is our local vet clinic for the dog. We've been going here since they opened several years ago. Facilities are clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are also compassionate, thoughtful and real troopers. Vet care is excellent. They explain everything they do and why. If they don't know, they will tell you. I started with a difficult, primitive breed dog. Vet knew how to handle the dog kindly and firmly. We never had any problems at this clinic. (We did at others.) The dog actually eventually even acclimated to going to this clinic willingly. When the time came, the first dog was kindly and graciously euthanized at the Bridge Street Clinic. The euthanization was also well done technically. (Am a physician. I know.) The process was smooth, with minimal discomfort for dog or human. Much kind consideration was demonstrated at every difficult step of this process -- and I greatly appreciated it. Now the new little adopted dog goes to the Bridge Street Clinic -- and loves it! This clinic has thought of everything, medically and otherwise. Would recommend them anytime to anyone. And -- they're local. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my dog there today April 25, 2018. I have been a loyal client for years, I waited in the front for 40 minutes, then another 15 minutes in the back. The vets at this clinic are very caring and I trust them with my dogs and cats. I thought I was going to lose a dog a few years back due to another vets misdiagnosis, but this office knew almost immediately what was wrong and after a weeks stay at their facility got well. They never rush through the appt. and answer any questions you may have. Their prices are very reasonable when compared to other offices. I recommend this office. read more

Vets are outstanding. They treat you and your pet respectfully and explain things so you can actually understand. I have only 2 sort of issues. It would be great if either one day during the week or Saturday they would stay open later. I have to take time off work to get the dogs in. The only other thing is, they charge a bit more than what I was used to from previous Vet. Could be a "you get what you pay for situtation" tho. read more
