Nice and bright interior with their own coffee roaster right in the middle.

Excellent pan de bono and small regular coffee (more like a cafe con leche) was great for breakfast. Great service. The space was relaxed yet is still a nice vibe. They have their own coffee roaster in the middle of the shop and they roast their own beans from their Colombian vinca. Plenty of parking in the back. They have several cakes on display and I'll come back to try them.

The flavors of the meat blew my mind. Who knew that Croatians make the most delicious burgers. This is a hearty and fantastic dish. Also, the burek was flaky and light and not very mini. For the mains, there are several items to choose from and our table had the snicla which is a chicken cutlet sandwich, carne asada sandwich, onaj nas sandwich and a flatbread. The overall table favorite was the snicla, flatbread and onaj nas. We also had two mini burek one with cheese and one with meat and their cevapi. The service is alright, the staff didn't seem to care or come back to check in with the table. The worst part of this is they automatically add a tip regardless of your party size. The ambiance is okay, it has the full European vibe and guest will be sitting outside in the front smoking or in the back smoking. Overall, Cafe Bubamara is a great place for lunch or dinner they have a great selection for dishes from savory to sweet and everything tastes extremely fresh.

They base their protein shakes with almond milk which is amazing since I'm lactose Intolerant. Thank you guys for the great shake, definitely suggest at least greeting customers upon arrival especially if they won't be taken care of within first few mins. Initial thought of the place- bright and small. Not inviting people to stay with only two metal tables and 4 chairs at each table. Ice cream flavors were "meh" at most. Typical chocolate, vanilla, twist, coconut, cookies n cream, pistachio, and some pumpkin flavors for the season. Two kids "working" at the register - both on their phones with AirPods in. I wasn't sure if we served ourselves with the toppings since some of it I had to reach my hand further back to try and grab. Surprised I even needed anybody there to assist me with payment. Ice cream itself was mediocre. Frozen yogurt was whatever and not as creamy as I normally would've like it. Melted way too fast (maybe cuz it was toward the end of the night)? I wish I took a picture of everything but between two ice cream cups, coming out to $15, definitely wasn't worth the drive or the price.

Today, the dessert is enjoyed across the country and is particularly popular in the Northeast. Its light and refreshing texture, along with the variety of flavors to choose from, makes Italian ice a favorite dessert for people of all ages. Ralph's Famous Italian Ice has been around since 1928, Ralph Silvestro started selling "water ice" around Staten Island. If one's familiar with the semi-frozen Italian dessert, granita, Ralph's water ice is a bit like this Sicilian favorite. Located on a busy Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights, my partner, his family, and I have returned to this establishment on July 4th Eve. Explored their menu consisting of a variety of homemade flavors and ice creams to choose from, and they can do a mix of flavors. We decided on Peanut Butter Crunch, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Apple Cobbler, and Pineapple Italian Ice. Ralph's still lives up to its name! Our sweet treats were delicious, refreshing, and packed with flavor -- a true classic that never gets old. It's cash only and only opens during the summer months. The line could be long, especially at night; luckily our visit had a short wait. It never fails in bringing us happiness.

I particularly liked the chicken one the most, the beef felt the most filling, while the pulled pork one tasted like a classaic pulled pork sandwich stuff in an empanada. They are popular in countries all around the world, and the filling options are just as varied. Enjoy them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, served as an appetizer or main dish. Opened just two years ago in a little strip mall consisting of 2 stores off S Main St in Lodi, I came to Empanadas NJ Cafe as a first-timer for lunch. Upon entering this cozy shop with 3 tables for dining, I was greeted by the staff at his family-owned/family-run establishment specializing in Argentinian empanadas. These, put simply, are savory baked hand-held pastries. A large selection menu featured everything from Beef, Chicken, Ham & Cheese to Apple Pie, Hawaiian, and Guava & Cheese. One can't go wrong with any of the options. After speaking with Lucas, the owners' son, he recommended their popular Beef, Chicken, and Cuban Empanadas. They arrived hot. Each empanada was identified with the initials on the left side border. The shells were not greasy. They were packed full with the flavorful fillings with the accompanied Chimichurri sauce and were delicious. The price was comparable to the area. The staff was friendly and helpful; the service was fast. They've gotten so popular that a second location has been announced in Boonton. It was worth every minute, which I can recommend.
