This new store has a variety of products and shopping on its website doesn't do is justice. Way better to come in person and see more of the products they offer than shopping on their website. The store is spacious so make sure to set aside a good amount of time to look at everything. Products range from plants to gemstones, incense, jewelry, products from India, health and beauty products to books on astrology. It would have been cool if they had more books and items about witchcraft/magic and spells, hence its name. The manager said they do plan on getting more of those kind of items as well as others. The staff were welcoming and the owner was knowledgeable about items I had questions on. I ended up purchasing an incense powder, which was promoting love and attraction (not for me, it's a gift) ($6.50, 20 grams) and a vegan eucalyptus shower fizz with a tiger's eye gemstone hidden inside ($9). There were other incense powders that promoted different things, such as clearing negativity, spirituality growth. The incense powder had written instructions on how to use it, where essentially you pinch the powder to form a mound or cone shape and then you light the tip. The manager also had some other tips on how to use the incense powder. Since it was the grand opening day, there was a 10% discount and a cute free pen. They will continue to offer coupons/discounts so make sure to check their website or Facebook. I liked that the items I purchased was packaged in a pretty blue gift bag with purple tissue paper. I am speechless. I have never in my life saw such a beautiful metaphysical store. It is so spacious and has so many things I haven't seen anywhere else. It is absolutely gorgeous and you could spend hours in there. I want to have My birthday party here. Lol. Is that even a thing? There are different sections for divination, candles (made in store), readers, cleanest bathrooms ever, and so much more. They have a huge selection of gems and resin incense. This used to be a somewhat decent store... always WAYYYYYYY OVERPRICED, but a really good selection of bracelets and lots of unusual rocks. Now after having been closed for a "remodel"... really subpar selection!!! 1. The entire wall of bracelets is gone. There is maybe 1/10th of what there was. 2. All the cool rocks...GONE. 3. What was severely overpriced before is now RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED. There is not much of to speak of in the store, and what is there isn't worth the time or effort or money to go there for. I use Practical Magic's app and their online shows to buy from them. I haven't been able to make it up to Wilmington to see the store yet but I hope to once Covid ends. I absolutely love Practical Magic! The owners and staff are knowledgeable and helpful and always have the best in crystals, herbs, tarot, candles basically anything metaphysical you can think of! Their prices are reasonable as these are not cheap items, but often some of the best quality you can get. I enjoy seeing what they have to offer and always love their live sales. From personal experience I know when a mistake is made they do everything to make it up. Once they forgot to include an item in my order. I messaged them, they got back to me the next day. Asked that I send a picture of the invoice and then they made it right. Actually more than right! I had ordered an intuitive pick for a certain amount and she sent me so much! It was all perfect and I was so blown away! They are always so kind to everyone they talk to and go above and beyond to be personable and helpful in the lives. I purchased a headband with crystals. I didn't try it on in the store. I got it home and the crystals are too heavy. It won't stay on my head. I went to return the item and they told me all sales are final. I wanted to exchange for items that cost more. They would not allow this an exchange either. Just really poor customer service. But... they get 1 cause I can't give them a zero.....between their lack of communication, not updating their app ( so many of my things that I ordered got refunded, that app said was there and it wasn't! Or they sold to their favorites)! I had to wait almost 2 months for a $28 store credit That they promised to fix and correct and didn't until i confronted them. They've sent me the wrong product, and refused to respond to me about. So I had no choice but to keep the product that was sent, they wouldn't respond, hence no refund!! They don't know the true properties of the stones ( "I feel like all green stones are for health, I'm not a doctor but"), they should probably keep a book next to them to know the true properties.
