The only place that comes close to Alchemy & Aura is Crystal Connection (no longer exists) and AromaG Botanica in Nashville, Tennessee. Ezra assisted me in finding items I needed and was very patient and thoughtful in answering all my questions despite being very busy assisting others. I loved how they created a sense of arrival in the store with two trees at the entrance area with a crystal chandelier hanging between them, eye catching displays, and a large dining table with chairs. The tarot & oracle deck selection was massive. Some of the decks were not available for sale online. I purchased three large Oracle decks on clearance for $12-$15 each, a dragon incense holder, oudh incense, nag champa cone incense, and got two books from exchange chest there. What an alluring and compelling shop! So well organized with friendly staff. Very inviting, vast selection of items, and fantastic prices. I stopped by this little shop when I was in town in Wilmington. I live in New York City and went to college here in the early 2000s. I love to see a really beautiful community of spiritual and metaphysical stores and wanted to check out this newly open store. When I popped in, it was the day before Mother's Day and they were doing a fun Mother's Day flowers and reading special. My reading was phenomenal and oddly enough, my reader and I had the same birth Day. The flowers I chose were not typical flowers that I would choose for myself. I saw a beautiful bouquet that I felt my mother would really love. Fast-forward to a week later, I'm back in New York and my mother texted me to let me know her flowers were still bloomed and healthy and gorgeous! I highly recommend this store, not only for its readings and crystals, but also the energy of the employees. The conversation was so insightful and compassionate. I have one that is very old and I could not find these exact ones anywhere. Finally after a reverse image search a few stores popped up. I went with Alchemy & Aura because they had the most reasonable shipping and very affordable prices. I am always weary with online retailers and glass, but A&A came through huge. One of the best packing jobs I have ever gotten from an online store. These jars were not going to break regardless of the way the package handler treated the box. A+++++++ job and thank you to Jane. The jars are very well made, exactly as they say in the description, and are even better than the one I have. I am very happy with my items. I have been looking for nothing but positive vibes lately and A&A delivered. The transaction was wonderful. The order came with a nice hippy rock that is amber and possibly contains an ancient mosquito which can be used to clone dinosaurs. I don't know yet. The box smelled wonderful. As soon as I opened it I knew this was a good store. It just smelled peaceful. Furthermore, to top everything off Jane added a little sun doodle on the packing slip. I just placed my first mail order, well, first order ever, and cannot explain how happy I am. I was so excited to find not 1 but 4 boxes of my daughters favorite incense, along with totally great shipping charges AND shipped so quickly. The package was so nicely put together with care so the incense boxes weren't crushed. Along with incense samples which I appreciate. This is one of my favorite shops in Wilmington. Great for crystals, tibetan music bowls, workshops, incense. They have some gatherings and celebrations here, too. They are very friendly and the selection of candles is great, too. If you are looking to get your "witch" on or bring out a spiritual side this is a fun place for this. read more

I am a regular customer and have been for almost a year. I loved this shop when it was mystic elements but i went in recently and bought a ring and when I got home it didn't fit. I took it back the next day and tried to return it. the girl working the counter didn't know how to do a return so she went to talk to the owner in the back. when she came back she told me it couldn't be returned because it "was a stone" I asked her what she meant and she said she didnt know and wouldn't give me any further explanation. need less to I will not be going back because the new owner obviously has no interest in providing good customer service seeing as she was unwilling to come and explain why I couldn't return it even with a receipt and the tags still on read more

I've tried twice for a reading with a medium at Mystic at the old location and the new one on Kerr. Both sessions have been disappointing. At the second reading (recent), the reader claimed to be a medium, but clearly was not. I've had many many sessions over the years with a medium from another state. I know what to expect during the reading sessions. She tried to tell me she couldn't provide any names for my spirits on the other side. My spirit guides ALWAYS come through. Her response was that I should just accept her input. Not one of my questions was answered. It was a total waste of my money and will NEVER return. I simply google-searched incense sticks. I had a specific type I was looking for. Just so happens, I clicked my way to Mystic Elements online. Turned out to be a little shopping spree. I order two packs of incense sticks, a candle, a bracelet, and a book about angel numbers. I love what this store has to offer. Plenty to choose from. I created a bookmark because I plan on purchasing more online. For me, it has to be online since I live in Los Angeles. What really brought me to leave a positive review was how fast my delivery was and how amazing they packaged it. I came home after a long day at work and opened my package only to be impressed not only with the items received but how attentive the packaging was. I was visiting my kiddos and was hoping I could find a crystal shop as I had a few I was on the lookout for. The shop was done up so nicely, the layout was great, and the different sections provided everything from incense, singing bowls, tarot decks, books, altar statues, journals, candles, and of course stones and crystals. Prices were very reasonable, minus a select few items; but most items were right on point as to what they should be. The young ladies were very friendly and helpful, which was appreciated as I had quite a few things. My only issue is how my items were packaged. I did have some larger crystal clusters that were placed in a box along with some loose pocket stones. Although they had placed shredded paper in there, they were bumping into each other and I am just so glad they didn't break. My only suggestion is getting more Lenormand decks, as I didn't see any, and that was one thing I was hunting for. Outside of that I truly enjoyed my shopping experience; they were pleasant and helpful and the selection was decent. read more

I've been coming to this shop for years and sing it's praises always. On that note, can I give it a zero? My friend got me a gift card for Yule (8 months ago) before this pandemic kicked off. She and I had not been informed their gift cards expire after 6 months and I went in today to use it. I waited until things calmed because I am slightly immune compromised due to cancer. I went in today to purchase a new herbal medicine book and a hematite ring (which broke within a few hours of purchase). After about 30 minutes of searching for the perfect book, someone started to burn something in back that made my friend feel uncomfortable. She quietly purchased her items and left but not before receiving a snide comment from the person who started the almost banishing incense. I went to purchase my items within minutes after and was informed that my gift card expired. I then stated I was not aware they expired and asked about the timing. The gaggle of three employees debated for a moment but settled on 6 months. I informed them that I was unaware and received this card 8 months ago right before COVID made an impact on the lives of all humanity. I was met with false empathetic "oh's" and was not offered any opportunity to render the issue. They will not be getting my business or recommendation ever again.
