All the stars go to the really nice lady. The salesman got negative zero stars. The GOOD- when I walked in there was a salesman, (tall guy), who was happily chatting to another couple. They were very friendly and kind to each other. There was a very kind older lady who was helping me. She did her best but she was not very familiar with sizing and repair estimates. Then the couple left. Sounds great right? Unfortunately, the vibe changed. The lady that was helping me asked him to help us. The Bad- The salesman came over to help us. Boy, totally different attitude. No smile. No eye contact. No thank you when I left no nothing. He did not make me feel like he was happy to help me as a potential customer. Lost my business. I want to feel like they are happy that I am there. Like the really nice ladies's attitude, hers was wonderful. Super fail on customer service from the sales man. I had so many people recommend me to them, too. There's other jewelry repair places that I'm sure are happy that they will have my business.
