Let me preface by saying this, I've only left 1 negative review on yelp my whole life…read more.. I've been into the 98th location more times than I can count in the past 8 years. But since Elizabeth S. Ballard has become manager I can honestly say that I have never had a good interaction with her. I can understand if someone has a bad day once in a while. We all have those. But her attitude is bad every single day time I walk in the door. The best way to put it is that she makes it seem like she not only hates her job, but the inconvenience of having to answer a question is so unbearable that she might not make it out of he situation. I wouldn't think that sort of thing would fly in Lubbock Texas, but I guess times are changing in the "Friendliest city in America".

But , I was greeted and allowed to shop for a paint color with as much or as little help as I dictated. I was able to purchase small amounts of sample colors and that was a wonderful way to actually see the colors on my wall before I bought a gallon... I will use this store as my "go to" for paint supplies in Lubbock. Although my painting project has taken longer than planned, It is taking way longer than I expected. That's OK.... it'll be great when I finish!
