But since Elizabeth S. Ballard has become manager I can honestly say that I have never had a good interaction with her. I can understand if someone has a bad day once in a while. We all have those. But her attitude is bad every single day time I walk in the door. The best way to put it is that she makes it seem like she not only hates her job, but the inconvenience of having to answer a question is so unbearable that she might not make it out of he situation. I wouldn't think that sort of thing would fly in Lubbock Texas, but I guess times are changing in the "Friendliest city in America".

I was able to purchase small amounts of sample colors and that was a wonderful way to actually see the colors on my wall before I bought a gallon... I will use this store as my "go to" for paint supplies in Lubbock. Although my painting project has taken longer than planned, It is taking way longer than I expected. The last time I called, I asked the representative to please not transfer me until there was someone on the other end and she assured me she wouldn't. However, I ended up on an endless hold again. Unfortunately, it seems I would need to drive to Lowe's to get what I needed and even then I'm not sure it would have proved effective. I ended up calling Home Depot and it was an opposite experience. I know who will likely be getting my business in the future.
