But since Elizabeth S. Ballard has become manager I can honestly say that I have never had a good interaction with her. I can understand if someone has a bad day once in a while. We all have those. But her attitude is bad every single day time I walk in the door. The best way to put it is that she makes it seem like she not only hates her job, but the inconvenience of having to answer a question is so unbearable that she might not make it out of he situation. I wouldn't think that sort of thing would fly in Lubbock Texas, but I guess times are changing in the "Friendliest city in America".
