Nope, they've already been washed. Guess I should have told them they just started disintegrating, then I probably could have returned them. I had recently purchased a mattress from the attached Denver Mattress, so I decided to look at Furniture Row for additional furniture. We found a couch we liked that was on clearance because it had been discontinued. The clearance price was around $2,200, but because they were running customer appreciation weekend promotions, we asked what the best price would be. The salesman told us to make an offer and said he would take it to his manager. We explained that we did not want to make an unreasonable offer and asked if the manager could simply provide their best price. Instead, the salesman repeatedly pushed us to give him a number. When we finally offered $1,200, he responded with "that's kind of low" in a dismissive and unprofessional tone. That was frustrating, especially since we had already made it clear that we did not want to lowball them. He later came back and said the lowest they could do was $1,950. Since we had been told to make an offer, we believed there was room for negotiation. However, when we mentioned that we had found a very similar couch elsewhere for around $1,500, he told us to go buy that one. The tone and delivery came across as rude and made us feel like our business was not valued. The furniture itself appears to be good quality, but the customer service experience was disappointing enough that I do not plan to return. A large furniture purchase should feel professional, helpful, and customer-focused, not uncomfortable or dismissive. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to recommend Furniture Row, especially when other stores like Ashley Furniture provided a much better customer service experience

We had been told that anything with a "red tag" was clearances and could be taken home that day. We asked if it was the correct price because it seemed like a really good deal at $249.00. The young salesman even helped us look for any damage that we might have missed that would account for the really low price. When we found no damage that would keep us from buying the piece the salesman took my info and the "red tag" to the sales counter and after several minutes another gentleman informed us that the "red tag" was on the wrong piece of furniture and that the piece we were wanting to buy was normally $1299.00 and the clearance price was $999.00. We left the store a little disappointed and pretty determined to not return to furniture row.

About half of the store is clothing and the rest is home goods, books, toys, decorations, furniture, and such. I usually drop my donations off around back then pop into the store to look around. I rarely leave without something. My biggest gripe now for all such second-hand and thrift stores is that the prices have become somewhat outrageous. I should be paying much less for used clothing than I do for new. That gap has closed enough to make me think a little harder before buying things here.

I walked around again and again and I found new things every time. This is a true vintage store and is not just a cluster of junk like you find at other shops. Such a pleasure to walk through and experience different eras and different booths. Great ideas for decorating and a whole store of amazing things. I look forward to coming back here in the future. I wanted to spend more time here with my daughters because we love all of the sections, but we were able to pick out a pop-up birthday card ($8.99) for their grandmother and a couple of edible items. Their card section was slim back in mid September 2025. The girls were bummed they didn't have some of the ones that they saw on the display signage. The turkey and secret stuffing chips from Ireland ($12.99) were fun with our sandwiches at home. I have since depleted my single batch of World Market pumpkin spice ground coffee ($11.99). They had some of the cutest Halloween and fall items for sale. I can't wait to see what they are offering for rest of the year. I would shop at this chain at least once per month if I lived closer.
