All 3 were coming apart, after I removed them from the dryer. Returned them to Hobby Lobby on Saturday. The return checker called for someone to help. The second woman called for a manager, and she told me they could not be returned. Why? Because they had been washed. I told her they were going to be used in a clean skillet! Nope, they've already been washed. Guess I should have told them they just started disintegrating, then I probably could have returned them. It's not about the money, but I thought HL had common sense!

Further back in the store you can find the larger items and furniture pieces. There's a cool Coca-Cola-everything booth. Tons of stationery and postcards. When I bought a new house and began shopping for furniture, Furniture Row was one of my first…read morestops. I had recently purchased a mattress from the attached Denver Mattress, so I decided to look at Furniture Row for additional furniture. We found a couch we liked that was on clearance because it had been discontinued. The clearance price was around $2,200, but because they were running customer appreciation weekend promotions, we asked what the best price would be. The salesman told us to make an offer and said he would take it to his manager. We explained that we did not want to make an unreasonable offer and asked if the manager could simply provide their best price. Instead, the salesman repeatedly pushed us to give him a number. When we finally offered $1,200, he responded with "that's kind of low" in a dismissive and unprofessional tone. That was frustrating, especially since we had already made it clear that we did not want to lowball them. He later came back and said the lowest they could do was $1,950. Since we had been told to make an offer, we believed there was room for negotiation. However, when we mentioned that we had found a very similar couch elsewhere for around $1,500, he told us to go buy that one. The tone and delivery came across as rude and made us feel like our business was not valued. The furniture itself appears to be good quality, but the customer service experience was disappointing enough that I do not plan to return. A large furniture purchase should feel professional, helpful, and customer-focused, not uncomfortable or dismissive. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to recommend Furniture Row, especially when other stores like Ashley Furniture provided a much better customer service experience

The large selection of fabrics here were perfect for my next pattern. Employees not only helped me with picking out fabrics that worked well together but helped me, as a beginner, understand the pattern I had purchased. They hold classes of all sorts as well.
