He executed a repeated deep treatment and extraction process plus full interior detail, and I picked the car up the next day to find it in better condition than it has been since it came off the lot. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately scheduled me in, were prompt, and took care of everything while I waited--no excuses, no delays, no pushback.
