AUGH!! My poor car... David sent a detailed estimate to my insurance company and after approval my car went in for about 2 weeks. The team there did a video call with the adjuster and convinced them that more work was needed. And even after getting the adjuster to increase the award by almost double, once my car was in the shop for the repair they did another video call once they took it apart and were able to show them there were parts that needed to be replaced instead of repaired. In the end the estimate was almost tripled. Additionally at the same time they gave me a very good price to repair some damage I had caused years earlier and never gotten fixed. I had an estimate from that time which was substantially higher than what I paid for the work out of pocket. And all the work was high quality, my car looks like new! Alex and Justin were so lovely to work with, professional and courteous. They even dropped me off and picked me up at the car rental which was at least a 15 minute drive each way for them.
