We're having a party this weekend and had another company scheduled to clean our windows this week but when we ran into our neighbor last night she was raving about Joshua and how he does her windows and solar panels every year. I sent him a text to see what he would charge and if he by chance had any openings before our party, and he was able to get our windows cleaned within a couple hours for a much better price than the other company we were planning to use. We needed some older window screens repaired. We had previously taken them to a local shop. Unfortunately, the last time we took them to the shop, the frames of the screens were made to small, so they did not fully cover the window opening, so bugs could easily fly in. We had taken the original frames in, which were in good shape, except from tears in the screen. The owner claimed on our second trip that he had made the new screens to the exact same measurement, though he hadn't. His second attempt did not fix the problem and it was clear we were out the money we paid for two new frames and screens. Finally we found a good painter and he recommended Pozitive Enterprises. He told us Pozitive may not be the cheapest, but they consistently did good work. I certainly value good work over saving a few dollars. I'm glad I took his recommendation, as Melissa (in the office) and crew did a fantastic job. They sent me a written estimate ahead of time and set an appointment just when I wanted a few days later. The day of the job two very professional young gentleman came out to do our six screens, including one frame build. They actually came early (with prior permission) and took the time to do all of the screens right. After the screens were up, I noticed one screen had a little too much fabric. They agreed with me and reworked it on the spot. They then did the same thing for another screen, I didn't see anything wrong with, making it even better. They were happy to let me check out all of the screens to make sure I was satisfied before they left. One of the screens I thought needed a new frame turned out to be okay. They made sure it was seated in the window correctly and let me know they thought it was good, rather than just going for the extra money. They told me it would be no problem to adjust the estimate, dropping the cost down. Faced with some savings, I had them change out the screen material for another window. Melissa in the office quickly changed the estimate to reflect the cost savings of a screen repair rather than a new build and emailed it to me as the work continued. I am very happy with the six new pet screens Pozitive worked on and it is a relief to have the whole project completed in a few hours. Upon completion and payment, the receipt detailed their 5 year warranty on damage by pets to the material. Melissa also happily told me if there were any problems with the screens, to call her so they could send someone out to take care of the issue. I doubt that will be necessary, but it certainly shows the professionalism and good attitudes of all involved. I wish all repair people operated like Pozitive Enterprises! read more

It rained today (and yes, I had my windows washed in the rain - it didn't rain that much and there were no problems) and with everything so green they REALLY look great. They did an outstanding job. HOLY GUACAMOLE! I WISH I had taken before and after photos. Joshua Birdsell of Pozitive Enterprises is not only AH-MAY-ZING - but my windows and doors are so clear I can't tell if they're open or closed without looking REALLY closely. We don't have gutters on the back of our house. With all the rain this past winter, the water pouring off the roofline hits the concrete behind our house and splashed up onto our slider OR it splashes off of patio furniture close to the house leaving splash marks and hard water stains on all of our rear windows. Well Josh and his team not only did an amazing job cleaning the windows SPOTLESS, and cleaning the screens but they also clean out the window tracks and he made repairs to some frayed screens. He gave me recommendations on how to replace/repair a faulty sliding screen door AND they power washed my garage door that was heavily sooted from the nearby Tenaja fire last fall. I will never ever be able to get the honesty and reliability at the level I have with this company. I first contacted Joshua a few months back for window cleaning and repair my sliding screen door. Right as he answered my call I was impressed by his tone,attitude and genuine kindness to work with me as I am disabled. Unfortunately, my health issues took a priority and at that moment the cleaning and screen repair were put on hold. I then recently contacted Joshua, to get the screen replaced and the same low price still stood...he showed up 1. ON TIME EXACTLY 2. DID THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN I WAS EXPECTING 3. THE SCREEN LOOKS GREAT and upon finishing the job, he was very kind. He was genuinely a very kind and generous man. In speaking with him after the completion of the work, we had some small talk with my older son and he became aware of the facts that I am disabled and the serious issues I have been dealing with ( the biggest being the death of my boyfriend of 22+ years, 3 months ago).... A friend recommended Joshua and Pozitive Enterprises. We have not had our upstairs windows washed in 15 years and you can imagine how much work was involved to get them clean. Additionally, we had screens that needed repair. Joshua pointed out that all screens should be repaired so that the screens would not be of a different color. Again, these were the original screens from when we purchased this new home 15 years ago! I watched the entire process, window cleaning inside and out for 20 windows and two patio doors, and repair of 20 screens. He was a dynamo, explaining the processes at each step. He is bonded and insured and wanted me to feel comfortable about his moving around and inside the house.
