Mike was so awesome and thorough at cleaning and encouraged me to take a look at what he was doing. I'm very impressed with Mike and Tracy's pressure washing and leaving our exterior brick and siding looking real good - fresh and saying goodbye to the mildew build up. Walked us through everything they would do, prepped all surfaces and electronics prior to cleaning and finished up nicely! Thanks Mike and Tracey for stopping by on a Saturday afternoon and doing great work for us. No pictures needed for this review.

Spotoff washed my roof to remove algae buildup. It worked great! The roof is only 8 years old, but…read moreit had darkened considerably since installing. The wash completely removed all of that. The shingles look brand new. Even the shingles under my solar panels are clean. I'm very happy with that part of the job. Unfortunately, i'm taking off one star because the runoff from the cleaning agent definitely killed some of my grass. There's a line of brown grass running the perimeter of the house where the eaves drained off the cleaner. There are also two large spots of completely dead grass where the roof converges at angles and poured large amounts of cleaner. The website says they protect the vegetation, so I don't know why this happened. But I don't know anything else that could have caused this.
