We hired Westchase Window Cleaning to clean the windows in our home. After their second visit, we discovered hundreds of scratches on every downstairs window, inside and out. Some scratches are deep enough to feel with a fingernail, and many run across large panes of glass. Our home is only 14 years old, and no one has ever touched these windows except this company. They have only serviced our home twice. My husband has decades of experience in the home building industry. We met with the owner in person to review the damage, but he refused to take responsibility, claiming the scratches were caused by a razor, despite industry knowledge showing scratches can occur from worn squeegees, debris in the water, or improper cleaning techniques. We consulted with both the company that installed our windows and professionals regarding glass restoration. We were told restoration was not a viable option, while replacing them would be in the tens of thousands of dollars given the number of windows that were damaged. In addition, we had our attorney contact the company and learned that while he had been advertising his business as "fully insured", he is NOT. Since the call from our attorney, he has removed "fully insured" from his website. We cannot recommend this company for window cleaning based on our experience. Photos are attached to show the condition of the windows following their service. Unfortunately they still don't fully capture how visible the scratches are, or the full extent of the damage. She was very unprofessional and rude how she started a conversation with my husband about the payment. When Jose was done, I offered to pay by check and he said his boss prefers Zelle. And then my husband gave him a very generous tip before leaving. It was later in the evening and we had an engagement to get to (and I had not received the invoice yet) so we left the house. Approximately 2-3 hours later Elena sent a very rude text message demanding payment. We will definitely never call them again for window cleaning. I'm a business owner myself and would never treat customers (especially first time customers) so poorly. A simple friendly reminder text would have avoided all the tension.

I was able to set up carpet cleaning and grout cleaning for the next day. The technician actually showed up on time at 8am! (shocker) He did a great job. Carpet looks brand new. Grout is definitely cleaner (not brand new though but a drastic improvement!). Before leaving, he advised me to turn on the AC unit fan for the carpets and to not walk on them for some period of time and also to turn on the fan in the living room for the grout.
