I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Maximillian…read moreMotorsports. Maximillian Motorsports was recommended to me by Auto Tech Services out of Rochester. Unfortunately, due to the experience I had here, I will no longer be bringing my vehicles to either business ever again. I brought my 2013 BMW 328i to them with a check engine light, but the vehicle was still running and drivable. Their own initial notes stated that though it had a rough idle, the car drove okay. After a two week wait and based on their diagnosis, I approved a major Valvetronic repair totaling several thousand dollars because I trusted their professional recommendation that it would resolve the issue. After the repair, the vehicle was in significantly worse condition and would no longer maintain idle properly. I raised my concerns and was eventually contacted directly by the owner, Max, who told me the car had been personally test driven, was in better condition than when I brought it in, and was drivable, although it still had a rough idle and needed additional work. Based on those assurances, I paid the remaining balance and picked the vehicle up. After a sketchy drive home the car home, it would no longer stay running at all. I understand older European vehicles can have multiple underlying issues, and I was never expecting perfection. My frustration comes from paying thousands of dollars (6000 total) for a repair that ultimately left the vehicle in worse condition than when it arrived. Communication throughout the process was poor and inconsistent, and expectations were not clearly communicated. Even the owner, Max himself, acknowledged directly to me that the business needed to improve its communication and standards. I attempted multiple times to resolve this professionally before posting this review. I would strongly encourage anyone considering major repairs here to make sure they fully understand the risks, possible outcomes, and financial implications before approving expensive work through Maximillian Motorsports.

Driving back from Seattle to Central Oregon we had an unexpected engine misfire. We called AAA and…read moregot towed to Auto Tech Services of Centralia. (AAA approved auto repair facility that's been pre-screened) this was late in the day and we fully anticipated this would be a timely fix and were stressed trying to see how we could make this all work with pets and a young child at home. Shane and Sean both were extremely professional and helpful from the moment we walked in offering us water and a clean bathroom. They diagnosed our problem quickly and offered us a quote and options. John offered to stay late to work in order to get us back on the road the next day. (So thankful to you John!) The team helped us secure good accommodations at one of the newly remodeled hotels in the area and shuttled us there and back the next day. They called back the next day when they said they would. Despite the unexpected setback, this shop was outstanding in both their both their customer and prompt service. My mom heart is so truly appreciative to these great hardworking people who treated us so well. Thank you Auto Tech Services of Centralia!

I would definitely stay away from this company. He charges 5 times the amount of new parts for used…read moreparts. He takes on jobs that he has no idea on what he's doing. He lies to customers and /or just ignores them. When customers ask for explanation he just says it needs more work. He doesn't give quotes and then charges outrageous amount for work that shouldn't have been done in the first place. He doesn't complete work that is promised to customers and when he is confronted about it he says he doesn't have time to finish the work. He still has customer vehicles on the street by my house and he has moved since the vehicle was dropped off. He is the definition of untrustworthy. The automatic sensor on my truck said I still had about 85% ware left on both the front and the back brakes. I was told that my truck took very expensive brakes since it was expensive truck-- I later found out that this is not true. I then took my truck to Les Schwab to get a second opinion. Mike listened to what I was looking for, took my requests seriously, and quickly delivered the used truck that was perfect for my needs. It has been two years, and the truck hasn't failed me. After having previously purchased a lemon from another dealer, I practically begged Mike not to be a crook--I know, it sounds weird, but it's true--and he wasn't. He didn't rip me off. I won't say it was a perfect experience. There were a few snags along the way, but it was the Christmas season, and we should all expect some delays during the holidays. The complaint I want to make is for the parts department. They asked if I would be willing to take a used swaybar, and I said yes. What they did not explain is that it would completely fall apart in my mechanic's hands a year later. Trust me when I say that I didn't drive a lot during the first year. It was a simply bad part. Still, I think the business deserves a thumbs up overall. The fact that I was sold a good truck is the most important detail. It will be the last truck I own in this lifetime. I'm happy with it. Thank you, Mike. You kept your word.
