He was very professional and friendly. He cared about our concerns and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the product. I walked in with my good…read morefriend and his wife so they could look at down sizing their trailer and also look at getting one myself. We walked in on Memorial Day holiday without an appointment and was greeted by the sales rep Sal. He was great and knowledgeable and got us to the exact type of units we were looking for. Within 30-45 minutes we all fell in love with the same trailer, a 2026 keystone bullet. It had everything and the price seemed fair, almost too good to be true. After picking the trailer out we went back to run numbers and do financing with Manny, he was laid back and understanding and made things as easy as he could. Then came the first issue, my friend wanted to break even and not roll over negative equity into his new trailer and they were way off from accomplishing that. One of the owners came in and tried to negotiate and was rude and argumentative and unwilling to work with us despite having to deals on the table. Unfortunately I still wanted the trailer and decided to proceed with the purchase. After I finalized all the paperwork then the owner came back and wanted to make the deal. Let me mention that my sales person said that if I had the trailer hitch that they would install it as part of the purchase. This is where my biggest issue is. As someone in sales myself you don't make a promise to a customer that you can't or won't live up to. So after coming back a little over a week later to pick up my trailer and do the walk through I met Sako, another super laid back worker that was thorough and understanding. Once I explained what the sales rep said he immediately let me know that I was probably going to be charged and that they never do that for free as part of a sale. He did try everything to see if he could get it installed like I was promised to no success. Now I'm furious cause now I'm getting an extra charge I was not expecting. He went as far to ask the other owner who is not the original one we dealt with and he to was argumentative and unwilling to make a customer happy after they got their sale. I understand his point about liability and being sued which I respect but the unwillingness to bend and work with making your customer was happy over a 20 minute install and instead charging a full hour for labor is absurd. If they are treating paying customers like this imagine how the poor people that work here are getting treated when there's no other punching bags around. Needless to say I will not refer anyone here after today's experience and I do not recommend this business solely on how we've been treated through this process. Cliff notes - beware of poor customer service Manny and Sako were amazing The owners are terrible and don't care about happy customers as long as they make their money

On our first visit we met April, who gave us plenty of space to look around without bothering us. When we were ready, she walked around with us, showing us options that met our criteria, and patiently answered all our questions. We weren't ready to buy, and when we communicated that, she understood. A couple of weeks later, after thinking through the different choices, we came back. April was by then on maternity leave, so we worked with Briana, who was equally friendly, knowledgable, and low-key. The transaction was smooth and painless. No last minute charges, no pressure to buy extended warranty (though one was available if we wanted it). We arranged for financing with our credit union, and that was fine, too (no pressure to take financing through the dealer). On the day we arrived for pick-up, they had cleaned and prepped the trailer, and Luis gave us a thorough walk through, making sure we understood how everything worked, from the smart hitch to the a/c to the slide-out & etc. We had been to another, big RV dealership months earlier, and were so traumatized by the high pressure sales tactics and endless (endless!!!) "follow-up" phone calls that we were paranoid about shopping again, but we had heard good things about Family RV, so we took a chance. Glad we did! I highly recommend this place; we would definitely buy there again.

Though I was a bit irritated as I had to go back and have to resign my loan paperwork. Not his fault. But needless to say annoyed. Another thing was that the walk through was awful. The guy that I was suppose to explain how things worked went through it in a hurry. We are allocated am hour to go over things and he went through things in 15 mins. So that is the reason for the 3 stars. David great, loan person okay, tour person or whatever he is called needs improvement!

Unfortunately, our experience was so disappointing that we left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. When we arrived, we explained to the receptionist that our daughter had just called and needed to be picked up from work, so we only had about 25-30 minutes to look at a few RVs and compare layouts. We were initially told it was optional to leave our ID and contact information. We politely declined, but after that, the salesperson's attitude noticeably changed. We eventually agreed to provide our names and phone number, but he already seemed frustrated that he had to assist us. Throughout the tour, my husband asked several basic questions about the differences between layouts, sizes, and RV brands. Instead of providing helpful information, the salesperson repeatedly responded with comments like, "They're all the same," and often ignored questions altogether. It became so uncomfortable that I told my husband in Spanish that I felt we should leave because the salesperson appeared irritated and unwilling to help us. The situation escalated when my husband asked one final question about the differences between two groups of RVs. The salesperson became confrontational and told us we were "wasting his time" because there were "paying customers" in the office who were actually interested in buying. That comment was extremely insulting. We came to Camping World because we are interested in purchasing an RV. No customer should be judged based on how much time they spend looking or whether they immediately disclose their purchasing plans. We asked to speak with a manager. The salesperson went to get him while loudly telling his version of the story to him first. Manager Eric Boyd (had no badges claiming he was infact the manager ) he spoke with us. I asked if we could discuss the matter privately, but instead we were taken to a table in the front office where employees, including the salesperson, could still hear our conversation, despite there appearing to be a private office available. I explained everything that had happened and expressed how disrespectfully we had been treated. I was disappointed that the manager never said that the employee's behavior was unacceptable or would be addressed. I had to tell him several times to please address the situation with this employee which was walking around us so casually like he did nothing wrong , that lack of accountability to have his employee do such thing and not apologize was just as upsetting as the salesperson's conduct. I left feeling that we had been judged before we were ever given a chance as customers. While I can't know exactly why we were treated this way, the experience left me feeling as though we may have been unfairly profiled based on appearances rather than treated like potential customers. Buying an RV is a major investment, and every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they're browsing, asking questions, or ready to buy that day. Unfortunately, our family did not receive that respect, and because of this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
