They finally got my trailer back to better than ever. They combed the entire trailer and fixed every broken, missing, and inadequate part. I came with a hydraulic jack that wouldn't work. I taken it to two other shops and paid a substantial amount of money and never had it fully repaired. Finally, when bringing my trailer to Economy Rv they fixed the problem at its route and it works better than ever now! They also help me identify some other inadequate parts on my trailer and replace them to make my future with this trailer even easier. Top customer service! The contact guy behind the desk who answers the phone thinks he's clever and funny....not. They had our camper for more than four months yet most of what we needed done had not been accomplished. Mistake was to put money upfront. Once money was in hand they put us on the backburner. We missed several camping opportunities because of the poor service. They initially estimated the entire job would take 2-3 weeks. We did not add to there work load after having left our camper there. The person we talked with while getting our unfinished camper out of their facility was drinking beer and tried to hide it. He had an open ice chest with beer in it behind his desk. There are plenty of other legit RV repair outfits in this area...you do not need the headaches these clowns will give you.
