Happy Daze, you think, okay, not a corporation, what could go wrong…read more Happy Daze train your sellers on how to solution sell. I mean... i left and all i could think was... what did I experience. It starts with me telling our sales guy that we do not appreciate pushy sales guys. 10 minutes later he is showing us a used trailer with failed clear coat, a dirty shower, and cabinetry falling off the wall. We kindly decline, and he proceeds to ask us what number it would take to make a deal. Buddy-- it's not a number, this trailer needs help. Okay fine, so we look at a couple new ones out of our price range. Finally, he has one online that is within our price range and is pushing us to go see numbers. This is where, as someone in sales (though solution oriented) I now know this is a team trained on Andy Elliot instagram clips. "How soon can you get this person to get pre approved so they feel committed" Okay fine, let's talk numbers so that when I do get serious, and take my business elsewhere, I know what kinda of approval I can get. This is where we reiterate that we are still just looking and a decision won't be made today, but miraculously we're asked how we'd like to proceed with a downpayment (card versus cash) don't worry, we won't be. Our seller disappears for 30 minutes, this is where it gets good. Okay we're leaving, but wait now suddenly he has numbers. Except there's a catch. "I'm sorry but the trailer we ran numbers on got sold, but what I could do is collect a $1,000 deposit incase that deal falls though, you're next in line to get it" I'm thinking... did this person, as a man, just ask me to give him $1,000 for a sold trailer. Are you out your mind Get a grip mate. Advice to management: Discovery goes a long way, listen to your buyers. Here I'll even give you some templates: - How long have you been shopping for a trailer? - What type of trailer are you looking for? - Is it important for it to have central AC? - is solar important? - do you need one with bunk beds or no? - what would be your ideal floor plan? - how often do you go camping? You have 5 bored salesman sitting around with their feet up on their desks bantering. Clean up the act and brush away the commission breath. You're asking people for a lot of money, act like it. Hope this helps future buyers!!

Though I was a bit irritated as I had to go back and have to resign my loan paperwork. Not his fault. But needless to say annoyed. Another thing was that the walk through was awful. The guy that I was suppose to explain how things worked went through it in a hurry. We are allocated am hour to go over things and he went through things in 15 mins. So that is the reason for the 3 stars. David great, loan person okay, tour person or whatever he is called needs improvement!

Unfortunately, our experience was so disappointing that we left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. When we arrived, we explained to the receptionist that our daughter had just called and needed to be picked up from work, so we only had about 25-30 minutes to look at a few RVs and compare layouts. We were initially told it was optional to leave our ID and contact information. We politely declined, but after that, the salesperson's attitude noticeably changed. We eventually agreed to provide our names and phone number, but he already seemed frustrated that he had to assist us. Throughout the tour, my husband asked several basic questions about the differences between layouts, sizes, and RV brands. Instead of providing helpful information, the salesperson repeatedly responded with comments like, "They're all the same," and often ignored questions altogether. It became so uncomfortable that I told my husband in Spanish that I felt we should leave because the salesperson appeared irritated and unwilling to help us. The situation escalated when my husband asked one final question about the differences between two groups of RVs. The salesperson became confrontational and told us we were "wasting his time" because there were "paying customers" in the office who were actually interested in buying. That comment was extremely insulting. We came to Camping World because we are interested in purchasing an RV. No customer should be judged based on how much time they spend looking or whether they immediately disclose their purchasing plans. We asked to speak with a manager. The salesperson went to get him while loudly telling his version of the story to him first. Manager Eric Boyd (had no badges claiming he was infact the manager ) he spoke with us. I asked if we could discuss the matter privately, but instead we were taken to a table in the front office where employees, including the salesperson, could still hear our conversation, despite there appearing to be a private office available. I explained everything that had happened and expressed how disrespectfully we had been treated. I was disappointed that the manager never said that the employee's behavior was unacceptable or would be addressed. I had to tell him several times to please address the situation with this employee which was walking around us so casually like he did nothing wrong , that lack of accountability to have his employee do such thing and not apologize was just as upsetting as the salesperson's conduct. I left feeling that we had been judged before we were ever given a chance as customers. While I can't know exactly why we were treated this way, the experience left me feeling as though we may have been unfairly profiled based on appearances rather than treated like potential customers. Buying an RV is a major investment, and every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they're browsing, asking questions, or ready to buy that day. Unfortunately, our family did not receive that respect, and because of this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Not only did he take the time to help us find the exact part we needed, but he also made sure we got a fair price. What impressed us even more was his kindness and genuine willingness to help. Bobby has a heart of gold, and customer service like his is hard to find these days. This company was actually the only place that had the product in stock, after calling several places, and they accommodated our needs without hesitation. Thanks to Bobby and the team, we were able to get back on the road quickly and without stress. We will absolutely vouch for Bobby and this business. If you ever need RV parts or assistance, make this your first stop. You'll be glad you did. Highly recommended!

We took a chance, and made the drive. From Dave (salesman), Bobby (Service Manager), Tracy (performing the walk thru) to John (financial paperwork), we were quite pleased with the camper in general and all aspects of the delivery. The attention to detail to be sure we were happy (two new batteries, full propane tanks, harness adapter specific to our model, and fixing a couple other minor but important features on the rig) made for a "glad we made the drive" experience. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Chip and Sharon
