I moved to Fort Bragg and got inundated with the usual rain here causing leaks and water damage. When I got on the roof to look at what was happening I saw that I did not get the service job I paid for. Kelly refunded $1,000 I had asked for as compensation. In hindsight I should have asked for more because I've spent countless hours trying to figure out the source of the leaks. I'm sorry I trusted them. I don't know what to say if you guys choose to go with them I would think twice or make sure you can verify the work that was quoted actually got done.

They gave me a two year warranty. I immediately took it back to them as my cap was leaking after the rebuild. They immediately started with excuses. A long story short I brought it back to them at least 3 additional times for the same leaks and the wood rotted out and part of my side cap panel blew off in the wind while driving it on the highway. Finally, when bringing my trailer to Economy Rv they fixed the problem at its route and it works better than ever now!
