I brought my Mazda Miata to Fred and Bryce to have some major body work addressed. The front driver's side portion of the frame had a large hole in it, and the rocker quarters and fender wells were virtually disintegrated with rust. Fred was very knowledgeable while explaining what would need to be done to fix the vehicle, and walked me through everything he would do to get my car restored. Fred and Bryce were overbooked with jobs at the time, but managed to fit me in about a month later in between jobs. Fred called me the first day the car was in the shop, and wanted me to come down to check out the progress. He pointed out all the rust that him and Bryce cut out, and showed me where they would be welding on new metal. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the job, and even more so impressed with the fact that they wanted me to see the progress of the vehicle. Most shops don't even want you to see what is going in inside the shop, and can be very reluctant to explain what needs to be done to repair vehicles in full. Not these guys. I was very impressed when I went to pick up my car. Fred and Bryce went above the call of duty and completely buffed out the entire vehicle so as to have one matching paint coat. The spots where new metal was welded looked great and I could honestly not tell the difference between the repair spots and the rest of the car. Fred charged a very reasonable amount for the work done, and explained he was happy to restore the whole car as he takes pride in his work. I will not hesitate going back to Hardy's Auto Body again if I need auto body work done on any of my vehicles. If you are looking for superb service from people who take great pride in their work, look for further than Hardy's Auto Body.

It should be covered under warranty, but the Hyundai dealership couldn't get me in for almost two months. They put my car on the lift, took a look, and were able to secure the loose panel in just a few minutes. To my surprise, they didn't even charge me. It wasn't about the amount of work. It was the fact that they took the time to help someone who wasn't even an existing customer and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. I'll definitely be bringing my car back the next time I need an oil change or any other service. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately Bob passed from Covid in 2020, so I couldn't connect with him. Dick rebuilt my carbs and the car was still not running right, I took it back to him and he dismantled the factory fuel lines and replaced them with rubber hoses, then complained that I was running weasel piss for gas. The gas I was running was racing fuel from Heffner's in Plaistow, NH, at $8 a gallon. I call BS on that, at a cost of $1600 to have him work on my car, rebuild my carbs, and it's still not running right. Well after not driving the car all summer, because it was unreliable, and ran absolutely horrible, my friend Ron told me to take it to Gray's garage in Salisbury, MA. I dropped the car off at 8am Monday morning, and got a call by 10am stating that my car is all set to be picked up. How can this be, I dropped the car off two hours ago?
