After signing the paperwork, we discovered the final terms were $4,000 down, 72 months at $354/month, with $2,000 of our down payment returned as an "overpayment." When we questioned the discrepancy, we were told that we had signed the contract and there was nothing they could do. One of the general sales managers also told us that we had only "shaken hands with a salesman," not a business manager. I recognize that we should have reviewed the paperwork more carefully before signing. That said, the terms we were repeatedly told during signing the documentation and the terms we ultimately signed were materially different, and that was extremely disappointing. Make sure you carefully review every number, down payment, interest rate, and loan term before signing anything, regardless of what you were told verbally. I love the vehicle, but buyer beware. I believe this was a total bait-and-switch and that they profiled me as young and naive.
