This has been my second moving using their services. In both movings they showed up at time and finished in 3 hours. I thought that it would take more time because I have a dining table that the top and base are marble. It is heavy and they handle it at easy and safely. I had problems before with other moving companies about it but not with PowerLoaders. The staff is friendly and respectful. Alvaro, the owner is very nice and professional. I first requested an estimate. The owner is friendly and very responsive. The company provided 3 men at a blocking price of $395 for 3 hours of work and extra $60 per half hour or $120 per hour after that. They moved a 2/2 bedroom apt to a storage unit. 2 miles away. They were on time, uniformed an reliable. You must be wondering why I didn't give the company 5 stars? It took them 7 hours to complete the job! The apt was completely packed, all boxed up! All they had to do was cover the furniture with blankets (big items, such as mirror, dinning table and box the TV, mattress covers) It ended up costing me almost 1k. Not sure if the time they took was fair or if I was taken advantage of. It's up to you to determine! read more

The owner is fraud!!! Before scheduling my move they gave me a set price For the move and to wall mount both my tvs. while arriving to miami unfortunately the warehouse forgot about one of my orders so he ended up charging me an extra hour for their mistake! I had my furniture picked up at the warehouse and when the movers got to my apartment there was three of them. When we agreed I wanted only two which he then proceeded to charge me even more for that service. he charged me hundreds of dollars more for just the move without getting my tvs mounted. I used them for 2 moves. One to put my stuff in temporary storage and the other to get it out of storage and to the home I was moving into. They were great. Very good with packing my stuff into storage. following instructions, careful handling of items. I didn't have a bunch of furniture, so it was mostly boxes. They managed the break down of the elevator at the storage unit. I highly recommend them. They even accommodated my needs and moved me to a long distance location they do not go to.
