We hit a farm drain tile which was not detected. I was responsible for fixing that but their guys were very helpful as well. One of the circuits had some non-standard wiring in my house and one outlet was not re-connected. Unfortunately that was the outlet for the sump pump. My basement flooded and the furnace and water heater were a complete loss. I don't want anyone to have a complicated experience like mine but Icon was very honorable though out the whole situation. I also had a problem with some water in one of the solar strings which they were also able to fix. The only outstanding item is to get the drywall put back together in the garage. I was happy to have Icon when things did not take the happy path.

ICON found the fault ,in the panels, fixed them, and gave them to me at low cost. . The inverters that convert dc to ac were still covered by warrant. A few have stopped working, ICON got replacement and put them on, no cost, A fault caused by rain was fixed by ICON , no cost. Get your solar panels at ICON you wont be sorry. PS" Electricity prices are going to go sky high because of AI processing centers!! Solar been like having a sure CD over my 10 years. Solar is now cheaper than my 10 years ago. Don't fret because rebates were taken away stupedly. Your solar panels now are a good deal, you will get money credited to you during the summer from the utility. When I left a message for couple electric companies, explaining our situation, Perry Leitner (the owner of Leitner Electric) called me back in about 10 - 15 minutes. He was on another job site, but came after scheduled work to our house late afternoon, quickly identified the source of the problem and made temporary repair. It turned out that the outside cable was severely damaged by storms which resulted in the panel being rusty inside and one fuse socket was damaged. Our house is 58 years old, and we still had the original fuse panel. Next day (which was Friday) Perry sent me an invoice / job proposal with everything that had to be done itemized. The price was very reasonable. Monday morning at 7:30 AM Perry and his crew started working in our house and outside. Same day we had a brand new circuit breaker panel, new outside cable and new meter box. Perry and all his crew were very polite, professional responsive and caring. Not to mention that their work passed inspection with flying colors. Five stars all the way!
