They asked the model and make of the car and said it's gonna take 45 minutes to an hour and they charge $85 per hour. I made appointment to go there today at 10:30.I got there and first of all Rony the owner said with a very terrible attitude that they don't have time and they are busy with other cars but it was no car there. He just wanted to pretend they have business. When he agreed to work on my car, he said leave your car here since it's a 4 hours job. I was shocked. I told him I talked to you guys on the phone yesterday and instead of an hour, you wanna charge me for 4 hours now? He said in a very rude way that he already said whatever he supposed to say and doesn't wanna talk to me anymore and left the store. They change their words and have terrible attitude. I had some new speakers put in by power station the technicians are very informative and skilled , they even checked the wiring on my old speakers and make sure they could achieve the most out of the new speakers that I received also, if you had any work done someplace else and have problems they will be able to fix it and make it work the way it should. I had them install a full system in my car. Ronnie (I think is the owner) gave me crazy good prices on everything I bought. He will match any price, even Amazon. The install took longer than I had hoped, but Ronnie allowed me to setup my laptop inside so that I could get some work done while I was waiting. They also did a good job on the install. They ran some extra cables and hooked up some of my extra equipment at no additional cost. I had them install some amps in my trunk, and without asking, they created a custom wall that hid the amps, and it was carpeted and looked really nice. I can see why some people would get bothered by them because of how things are run (sometimes seems unorganized), but if you're patient and give them a chance, Ronnie will make sure you're a satisfied customer. Price was by far the best in my area. I had a new double din stereo and back up camera installed in an older Hyundai Santa Fe. I asked Ronnie for a price and explained this vehicle isn't a daily driver. Instead of suggesting something pricey he recommended a base stereo with the features I wanted and with warranty. There was a little mishap with the stereo that was installed (my phone didn't want to work with it) so Ronnie exchanged it for a different model and are the cost to make me happy. So, I came in worth my 2012 Chevy cruze LTZ. I was looking to add some bass to my stock system. After talking to Ronnie { owner} and Javier {master installer} I was talked out of adding a sub to the vehicle. Instead we went with 6x9 in the rear deck. After it was all done, in no time at all, the sound was amazing! The enhanced midrange was full and tight with just enough low end to give it a good knock.
