Caleb did a great job helping me and giving me the information I needed when purchasing a trailer. Would 100% recommend talking to him and having him help you find the trailer for you! read more

I reached out to Power RV, because they were somewhat local, they appeared to be a smaller dealership, and being a small business owner myself, I always try to support smaller, local businesses. I went to Power RV about July 5th, 2025. I met with Kelley and was able to test drive the 2025 Coachmen Crosstrail 20XG motor home. I had been researching these for quite a while, and the drive did not disappoint. Over the next couple weeks, I negotiated a fair price through Kelley, who was running negotiations through David, the owner. After agreeing on price, Juan, the finance manager, reached out to collect a $3,000 deposit. I told Kelley from the beginning that I was going to have a third-party pre-purchase inspection, and had my own financing. I did send Kelley all of the preapproval information on August 6th. Kelley thanked me for the information and said that's exactly what they would need. When the inspector arrived, they had an extension cord plugged into the RV, and the propane tank was not full. They did have a hose available. The inspector called me during the inspection to inform me that the RV had a "hot skin condition, " meaning there was voltage on the outside of the RV. He was able to have the motorhome moved to a different area of the dealership where he could get a 30 amp connection. Once it was plugged into a 30 amp connection and not an extension cord, the original issue with the hot skin condition cleared. They also eventually filled up the propane tank. There were several items on the inspection report such as an electrical outlet wired wrong, a couple of the outside doors would not lock, there was a fair amount of rust on the driveshaft and rear differential, and a couple of loose/missing trim pieces inside the motorhome. They agreed to correct the items, except for the undercarriage rust that was mentioned. The comment that I got was "all vehicles have rust." Even with that, I was prepared to move forward, because for a few hundred dollars, I could have the rust removed. They needed a few more days to get those issues corrected, so the date agreed upon to go down and finalize things was August 12th. Friends drove me down to the dealership on August 12th. I met with Kelley, who took me in to meet with Juan, the finance manager. I sat down to review and handed him the cashiers check for the down payment. Juan appeared confused. It appeared he was expecting a check for the full amount. I told him I had pre-approved financing, and I had provided all the information to their dealership the week before. Juan said he would need to talk with the owner. I left the finance manager's office and returned to the motor home to wait. We had arrived at the dealership around 11:30 and around 3:30 or so, they still did not have things figured out. Kelley told me that they would deliver the RV to my home once they had everything resolved. My friends and I left the dealership. After thinking about things, I canceled the deal. If it is this difficult to purchase a motor home, I cannot imagine what any service needs would be like. I had to request my $3,000 deposit back on three separate days before I received it. Here's my take. They do not like it when you come in with your own pre-approved financing. They had all the pre-approval financing information for six days, and they told me to come down to pick up the motor home on August 12th. I don't know whether the lack of working with my finance company was deliberate or an accident, but in any case, it caused me a lot of wasted time. Seems to be an important question as they are the ones who told me to come down on August 12 to pick up the motor home. While waiting in the motor home on August 12, Kelley would check in periodically with me. I feel bad for the position she was put in. I feel like the owner really dropped the ball on this. Let's be clear, I was not buying a set of bath towels. This was a $135,000 motor home. Although nobody was rude per se', ownership doesn't seem to care. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this dealership. read more

Nate was first class from start to finish, answering questions, calling back promptly and even offering a facetime walk-through of the rig since it was preowned and we're 4 hours away. So there he was, setting up a tent trailer in the rain on facetime! Couldn't be more impressed! read more

Wow. Buyer Beware!! What a shady organization. Salesman trying to steal other salesmans leads, salesman that dont know simple warranty data on units, to salesman affraid to show financial contracts, after you qualify for credit (802 credit score). for reveiw ahead of pickup/signatures. You aak for a manager to to ask why. And your blown off. Ask for the GM, you are also blown off. This would have been our 8th RV purchase over the course of 20yrs. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. read more

Thank you Power RV for helping us to get our dream RV. Your salesman John was helpful from setting up an appointment to accompanying us to another location for the paperwork. He knew the answers about the 5th Wheel, its equipment, how everything worked, ect. John also helped us negotiate a price that we were comfortable with. The 5th Wheel was delivered to our house and they picked up our trade-in, what great service! Gayle P. read more

Power RV Service! FIVE STARS all the way! We took our new trailer in for needed service under warranty. Brian not only got us in immediately, he diagnosed the issues, ordered parts and had it finished early. We are so happy! Highly recommend this immaculate and efficient service. read more

I want to give my man Joe five stars since he was amazing and a joy to work with. We picked up our rig within a week after the pre sale inspection was completed. The only downside was when delivered the unit was not very clean. Lots of dust and a film on things. Fortunately my wife went I. And scrubbed it down as she would do anyway! Joe is fantastic so if your looking. Take a look at Power RV and ask for my man Joe! read more

As newbies to the Travel Trailer scene, we needed lots of advice and help. Our salesman, Rick, told us options in our price range and gave us a great deal on a new Forest River unit. Sailed through finance and the sales functions. Rick told me all that I would need to add for my rig to pull the trailer.Rick was there when we picked it up and gave us a thorough walk around on how everything worked. It was one of the best major purchasing experiences I have ever had. read more

I was happy with the deal we made. however I was not happy with customer service after papers were signed. They made promises they did not keep after the sale. I was verbally told I would receive 3 tier steps for my rv by salesman and we agreed to it as a condition of sale by handshake. the manager didn't like what he had done and told him if he went through with it they would have to come out of his paycheck. needless to say I never received my steps and just got the run around. I was also promised a new set of accessory locks and received a single piece of a single lever in the mail instead. useless. I will not shop there again. I will update this review if they fix the issue but I doubt after a month already that's gonna happen read more

Terrible experience! Do not recommend. Cut throat dealership. One salesman tried to steal the sale from our salesman. Had all paperwork filled out and credit ran, then trailer was sold to another customer. Had unnecessary ding on credit, and we never got offered or suggested to look at something else that might work for us. read more

We bought our home away from home 5th wheel last April and we are loving it. The personal there was very helpful and our Sale Person Kayla Pugh was delightful, she asked us what we were looking for found it right away. What we liked about her she didn't lead us to something more or what we didn't want she was straight to the point. read more

We purchased our first ever RV this fall while at the Salem RV Show. Rob and Ronnie Lucas, along with Ted Kuhlman at Power RV were all great to work with. Rob and Ronnie helped us with our paperwork and walk through of our new rig, so we would know just what to do. Ted helped us set up a connection with Whittaker's Hitches to make the modifications to our truck to accommodate our new 5th Wheel. Everything went flawlessly with our pickup. Thanks for all the help guys! You were a pleasure to do business with. One year later - we have taken our RV in for its warranty work and to add a few "add on" features. They had our RV for 7 1/2 weeks. Not one of the add on features was even ordered!! Only one of the warranty issues "fixed". Little if no attempt to fix something we broke was even looked at as far as we could tell. We are VERY disappointed in the SERVICE portion of our experience. read more

Ask for Rick Buchanan. Bought a new Stealth Toyhauler and had a great experience. They were open to negotiation, and very up front with costs and any issues were addressed. read more

Our family had been preparing to sell our house and become full-timers over the next year as we travel the country in our truck and travel trailer with our 8 and 6 year olds. In the midst of chaos of preparing our house for sale and trying to downsize a 3 br house down a travel trailer and storage unit, we ran out of time on trying to figure out how to properly install our distribution hitch and sway system we had purchased. Our first destination was in Northern CA, and I didn't feel comfortable making that far of a trip without having the proper hitch installed, so we stopped by an rv place in Salem who pretty much laughed at me for asking if they had time to install a hitch that day. We called another place in Salem and got the same response. After calling around and being shot down by a few more places, we had been referred to Power RV and to speak with a guy named Brian. Feeling defeated, we called Power RV around noon and spoke with Brian, asking if he had availability for a hitch install. He asks, "Can you bring it in around 1:30-2?" We were so excited we rushed down as quick as we could while pulling a 29 footer! When we arrived, the shop was top notch and Brian and his team could not have been more helpful! They had a great place for us to hang out while the hitch was being installed, and Brian even helped to answer some of my newbie questions and provide me helpful tips and anecdotes for our trip! When all was said and done, Brian and a crew member gave us a crash course on how to dismount the hitch and even threw in a block of wood for our Jack stand. The customer service was amazing and life saving for us! Although it is difficult to expect same day service from anyone, Brian said the like to leave a little room in their calendar if they can for people passing through who need emergency services. This was the best way we could start our journey and we owe a huge part to Brian and his team for squeezing us in and giving us the confidence we needed to hit the road! read more

All I can say is, WOW!! If you thought customer service was a thing of the past, you'd be wrong if you're dealing with POWER RV. They care about you choosing what you want, not what they need to sell you. That's so rare anymore!! I felt very catered to!! I had a glitch with my trailer and they came to my house and fixed the problem. Who does that??? WELL, POWER RV does!!!! They don't just sell, they back up their products. I bought a 2016 HERITAGE GLEN 5th wheel and I love it. To say I'm a satisfied customer would be an understatement!! I LOVE these guys!! It's almost summertime people, what are you waiting for??? Seriously, get to POWER RV!! Thanks to Rick and Rob for treating me so well through the entire transaction, you guys are great!!!!! read more

I have never Dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. From the salesman bragging about being able to work at a place where he doesn't have to cut his hair, to the delivery driver who took 10 hours to do a one hour drive, (went to the wrong city) blew both tires on one side (probably curb job) and seemed he had never backed a trailer in his 85 year life. Save yourself all the stress and go somewhere else!!! read more

The worst experience. Sold my husband a new travel trailer. My husband is in the early stages of dementia. I had previously discussed this with on of the salesman over the phone when my husband started looking around at Power RV. My husband cannot hook the trailer up let alone drive and travel on highways, backing into camp grounds, dumping grey and black water, booking camp grounds, etc................. THANKS ALOT POWER RV and CHEVROLET. read more

I am really behind in writing this review. I purchased a T@B camper from Rick in October 2016. It was the first camper that I have ever purchased. Rick was wonderful, no pressure at all and he took the time to show me how everything worked on the camper. I live in Seattle and drove down to OR because it was the best deal that I could find. I would definitely recommend them and ask for Rick if you want really good, honest service. read more

I don't post many reviews, but Rob Lucas at Power RV deserves some recognition. We have been looking at new travel trailers for a month or so when we stopped by Power RV, they had a great selection of travel trailers and Rob was so easy to work with. My husband and I thought we were buying a 2018 Wildwood trailer. They ran our credit told us we were approved had us sign papers then told us we would be able to pick up the following week, Saturday comes no call so I call them they tell us we weren't approved no one called us the salesperson Joe tells me it's above his pay grade as to the reason why i hadn't heard from anyone. So after speaking with my husband I call and talk to the manager who tells me he's upset that his sales person didn't call us....ya me to but not just that they also now have trailer under contract with someone else, I asked the manager but what about the contract my husband and I had and he didn't care all he cared about was the fact that he was having to speak with me. Monday I called the bank they said they got the "approval'" through and bank told me no it wasn't them... so now not only did the sales person lie their own sales manager has lied to us. I have never dealt with a company that does this to people. Not only did they lie to us but they sold the trailer to someone else. read more

We purchased a new RV at the Salem Spring RV show. We had a great experience working with Power RV and in particular Rick Buchanan our salesman. We were impressed from the first encounter throughout the purchase process and finally when we picked up our spotless and ready to go new motorhome. We live in San Diego but were willing to drive to Oregon to get the rig we've been looking for. Power RV's website indicated they had one in stock so I left an after hours message to inquire if it was still available. Rick Buchanan promptly called me back the next morning and gave me the unfortunate news that it had recently been sold. While having a discussion of what our other options might be I indicated we weren't 100% sure of our towing capacity as we were getting conflicting information. Rick went above and beyond by taking our VIN # and making some calls to try to get us an answer. He also reached out to his rep to determine if the rig we wanted was available anywhere else and referred us to another unaffiliated dealer that had one in stock. Even though it was apparent that he wasn't going to make a sale to us, he gave us exceptional service and I would definitely have purchased from Power RV if they had had what we're in the market for. read more

Power RV, our sales contact Ronnie Lucas, and the management staff were wonderful to work with. Everyone is very friendly and committed to making sure we have what we need. We looked for 2 months and attended the RV show. We picked out our RV at the RV show, but due to weather and getting called away for work we were unable to get the financing paperwork done. Power RV held the RV for us for 3 weeks until we were able to get out there and process our paperwork. They walked us through our RV and showed us everything we needed to know. I suggest when you are looking for an RV that you go talk to Ronnie Lucas and Power RV in Aumsville. read more

Ronnie and Rick were great. It was a fun and easy process. Cannot wait to take our new trailer out for some family fun!

We recently purchased a new trailer from Power RV and must say that the experience was better than any other vehicle purchase we have ever encountered. They were very helpful in explaining how to prepare the trailer for use and for storing. The financial part went very smoothly as well. They were willing to work with us on price and we got the trailer we liked and could afford. Overall a great experience. We would definitely do business with them in the future. read more
