Apparently their service area does not know the difference between left and right, or there is a severe case of dyslexia going around within that organization. One of my patio window just decided to pop and crack on it's own. The window consists of three glass panels, and the one inside just popped and crack for no reason. This occurred just three weeks after installation Oct 31, 2025. It is now April 2026, and my window is still not fixed. Each time they come (3 times now) to replace the door, they bring the incorrect panel. Each time they confirm that they have the correct panel, and each time they leave with the incorrect door. As a consumer you can imagine how frustrating this is, however, what frustrates me even more that each time I had to call the organization as no one from management have yet to call me to discuss my concerns. Regarding the initial installation and work crew, outstanding!!!! However, once something goes wrong that's when the nightmare begins. Stay away unless you want frustration in your life!!! read more

We were planning to replace our windows soon, but were not in a rush to do so. Matt, the salesman that stopped by was AMAZING, said all the right things at the right time, and before we knew it, we signed a contract to have our windows replaced within the month. Great value with financing capabilities and very affordable monthly payments. Communication via phone, text, and Power Project Pulse App was as smooth as could be. Installation day arrived and the Power crew showed up at the promised time. Truly, the most amazing team of guys. They cover ALL of my furniture with extreme care and respect. They worked so fast and efficiently. We were in awe, just watching from the deck/patio as they cleared the entire project seamlessly. Within 5 to 6 hours, they stripped my house of all 17 windows, installed the new windows, cleaned up after themselves, removed all plastic coverings from furniture, swept, vacuumed, took care of any small details, did a walkthrough of the house with my husband, and left. I am only rating their customer service as the person who called to confirm an appointment for a quote was very rude. This would not inspire me to do business with them. Also for anyone who's looking for a company that does siding, even though the Angi site says this is a service they offer, they apparently don't in Florida. read more

My s/o met with a salesperson, at a public event, who set up an appointment for a salesperson to come to my home, for an estimate. The gentleman who arrived was nice, however, after initially setting clear boundaries, that I don't want to be sold to; we were held captive for 3-4 hours. Sure, I could've been rude, but the guy was polite and working hard for his $. However, the associate employs several unethical sales techniques. For starters, "One Stop Sale". They will tell you that the offer they present, is only good on that day. If you don't sign the deal on the first visit, they threaten that the price will be raised. Second, they disparage the competitors, referring to them with terms like, "fly by night", substandard, cheap, etc. Most reputable businesses will tell you what makes them different, without disparaging the competitors. This is home repair/remodeling, not WWE or UFC, no need to badmouth other competitors. Let your work do the talking. Additionally, they attempt to upsell you to the point, the upgrades are comparable to the price of building a new home. For instance, my home was purchased for $198,000. The windows, doors, roof and gutters were estimated, just short of $130,000. Another issue is they claim to be the exclusive seller of GHF shingles. After doing research, post visit, I was not only able to find GHF shingles for sale in Lowe's, but every roofer I spoke to thereafter, all dealt in GHF. I was told by the competitors that GHF is the most popular shingle on the market. In short, the competitors offer the same roof, for less than half the price. I could continue, however, this should be adequate to assist someone shopping for a roof, to make a more informed, unpressured decision. They practice very aggressive sales techniques, most of which are listed in sales classes as tactics that should NOT be used. To conclude, I was given a business card to call the saleperson. Upon calling the saleman, a week later, his card had no extension. There were 3 options of the automated system, first of which required an extension. Since I didn't have one, I opted to speak with ANY associate, and was placed on hold, by the automated system. After waiting for 20-30 minutes, on two occasions, with no answer, I was so annoyed, I decided to shop around, and I'm glad I did. A week or so later, I was called from another Power associate. He was rude, attempted to correct me with misinformation regarding the automated line and my attempts to reach the salesman. The person on the line was smug and condescending. Overall, the only good part of this experience was the salesman. He's earnest and probably only doing what he was instructed to do, in an effort to put food on the table. I respect that, but nothing else about this experience. Two thumbs down, go elsewhere; save time and prevent frustration. read more

I can only speak to my experience with the Broward/South Florida office. From the day the windows were installed it has been terrible. First, they caused exterior damage during the installation. The quality of the interior caulking was awful. Communication with the service department is dismal. I have been waiting over six months for a replacement glazing bead on one window. The Pella windows and patio doors are great. I just can't understand why Pella would associate with this company. read more

Everything seemed great until right after the install. They installed windows in mid Feb and until today we just passed inspection after failing because of their incompetence and poor communication. Now they can't come out to put the screw covers on. They actually had the audacity to ask me to do it myself, that's it's easy. Can you imagine spending your savings to protect your home and be told screw you figure it out basically. Do not use this company at all they are so sketchy, I actually feel that I paid way to much for such poor service! There office people say they are going to do something and they don't! There office scheduler forgot to setup inspection after install twice! They left me with a dented sliding glass door and a broken handle on another and still haven't received the part, according to them. I am so over this place. Spend your money else where! Total scam!! These guys had a booth at the Oktoberfest in Lantana. I spent 25 minutes with Jared Sparks talking about how I needed a FEW windows replaced for a remodel but the majority were upgrades & changes. I went out of my way to make it clear this job was NOT a one for a one window replacement job. Then while standing there I had to go over the same information with Jared's supervisor over the phone. The company calls me this morning to verify the appointment and says they only do replacement windows. The guy could have cared less & still wanted to come out. Complete waste of my time. read more

The whole process from beginning to end was incredible! The associate Jason was amazing, he explained everything throughly, his information was accurate and honest, he did a whole inspection of our home with pictures to show us the status of our roof. My husband and I looked and met with probably like 5 different companies, before choosing Power, and comparing all companies we knew that Power was our best, more reliable, trustworthy and honest company.
