Simply put, Eric is amazing at what he does. Eric is a true professional, and has been in the bike/cycling business for 20+ years. He was a program manager that built and designed bikes, so he is beyond knowledgeable. I contacted Eric based on his amazing Yelp reviews. Needed help with assembling a new heavy ebike, that was too large and heavy for me to assemble it myself. Eric's mobile service, allowed him to come to my home, and do the assembly on his portable bike rack he brought, so I did not have to take the heavy bike parts to a bike shop to be assembled. I also have a Rad Power bike, that needed a post crash test done to it. i had been waiting over 2 months for the Rad shop in Huntington Beach to take a look at it, but any service or repair work, they are backed up like 2 months. Really bad customer support. So I was happy that Eric was able to also perform the post crash test to my Rad ebike, and was able to do the repairs from the bike accident at a very fair price.
