Service was prompt and guardedly friendly. I ordered the nachos because, when faced with a choice that includes nachos, I always choose nachos. They were on the cold side. As I got deeper into the nachos, I encountered a grey, slimy mush which I scraped off and ate around. We didn't have the menus any longer and I couldn't recall if it had beans or meat. I didn't mention it to our server because I wasn't able to look at the menu until I got home. I realize now that was supposed to be the guacamole. I'm all for reducing food waste and I know avocados are expensive, but this was not the nacho dish I thought I was paying for and not something I would want to eat again. We split our bill in half and noticed that there was an additional credit card surcharge on each of our slips. It was not called out to us when the we paid and neither of us could recall seeing that charge specified on the menu, but we didn't look that closely. Considering the other positive reviews, it's possible we hit an off day, but given our experience it's not likely I will return.

Serena is just as nasty and rude to customers. Neither one looks happy with their jobs and rarely smile-Ashley was straight up aggressive before she left for other pastures; ripping tickets out of my hand; slamming drinks down; it was pretty entertaining; and sad to see someone so unhappy. A small curated selection of drinks and beer are available for purchase to go (for there or to go) as well.
