We ordered the most popular poutine, the gaston medium size. It came with minced steak, onions, sausages, cheese curds, fries, and gravy. I had poutine before in Illinois and I thought it was mid, nothing worth going back for. The Canadian version is way better. The cheese curds taste different than the ones in Illinois and Wisconsin. It was soft and went well with the housemade gravy. The meat and onions were fresh. The fries were soft and not too soggy. The flavor of the whole thing was superb. It's weird that the American versions of other countries' food always taste subpar and off.

It is a buffet style so you can eat as much as you want. The servers are so nice. It was not busy at all and was so calming.
