Amazinnnnng experience! Loved this class so much! Will be returning again! Gabby and Alex were great and attentive.

This was my first time trying pottery class. We took a 2-hour class and had an incredible time. I loved that it's more or less a private experience as there was only one other group booked for the same time and with two instructors, we basically got a private session. They will walk you through each step of the wheel throwing process, such as how to throw, center, and shape the clay. Within the allowed time limits, you can make as many as you want. You will have to choose one final product among the ones you've made for firing. You can also choose to paint the pottery for an additional fee. My only complaint is that when we returned a few weeks later to pick up our products, one of the handles on my jar had broken. I understand that it can sometimes happen during the firing process, but the person who gave us the final products did not seem to care at all about it and offered no assistance when I mentioned it was broken. Otherwise though, the class itself was great.

This experience was fantastic. Our company had a team event here for all and we had a blast. Our table helper Chloe even took the time to help paint my pikachu and I couldn't be more thankful, didn't want to ruin it after all that work. But the rest of the team, Rachel, Alexis and Alex were also fantastic in all the process and explaining everything.

If you're looking for an all in one class then this is perfect! We came for my besties birthday and had a blast! Shoutout to Maya!

If you're looking for a one off, all in one class then this is perfect! Shout to Maya and Maggie!

I had so much fun making a little matcha bowl, the instructors were all so sweet and even made it easy especially considering i have long nails.

The team is very welcoming and friendly. They are patient and informative for those new to pottery and have examples of what you can make depending on your experience level. To honestly wish the class was longer because you get lost painting your creation. Heaven was a great instructor and everyone was very accommodating to our asks (tripods, content shots, music choice). This is such a great place to bring family, friends, or even a date. Would highly recommend

Everything went excellent on our visit! Mary and Aayah were extremely helpful. 10/10 will be back!

I found Little Shop of Crafts while searching for a fun spot for my niece's sixth birthday, and it…read morewas a total hit! What really sealed the deal for me was the ability to paint and leave with your masterpiece on the very same day. It was super important for the kids to take home what they worked on; waiting a whole week for a pot to cure and dry is something we can save for a future birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. There were other kids happily making soap, and the woman who greeted us kindly explained that we could pick whatever we wanted to paint. Once we selected our items, we paid and were set up at a table with paints, brushes, and an apron. I'm so glad she made sure we knew the paint didn't wash out of clothes. Pro-tip: Even if you're not painting, wear the apron. Trust me, your shirt will thank you for this advice! The kids had an absolute blast. It was so interactive, and once they finished, they had blow dryer stations so we could dry the paint. The best part? They took the painted items to the back and made them all shiny! This place is a definite hit. And I hear it's fun even for adults with no kids in tow. Girls' night, anyone? Sign me up!

Fortunately, the number of stars that I had for each experience was five. The first time around I painted the Cinderella figure and my mother painted the pumpkin figure. The second time around we painted mugs. The two projects required two different types of paint. Unfortunately, the prices are kind of insane. The Cinderella figure was $49.99 plus tax, the pumpkin was $29.99 plus tax, and both mugs were $29.99 plus tax. Even though it was expensive I still had so much fun and everything I made came out looking great. Everything my mom made came out looking great. I can see myself coming back, and I can't wait to see what my pieces look like once they're out of the kiln.

The Painted Pot - Trying to decide

My friend had mentioned wanting to try painting pottery, so when we randomly walked by The Painted…read morePot, I made a mental note to check out their pricing. For the experience, I think the pricing is very fair. When you make a reservation, the person who makes it puts down $10. I thought that was the table fee, but that just got deducted from my piece. Thus, you only pay for what you make! Yes, I agree that $25 for a small plate is high, but for something that you are painting yourself with a variety of paints and supplies available to you, I think that's justified. The staff at The Painted Pot was extremely welcoming and friendly. They answered all questions and explained everything clearly. A different set of staff members helped me out at pickup (5 days later) and they were equally enthusiastic. My friend and I booked a reservation for 12:30-2. In the beginning, it was peaceful, but toward the end, there were many kids. If you want a zen experience, definitely book earlier on a weekday. The space is small, so it also can get cramped. If you are doing anything elaborate, 1.5 hours will probably not be enough for you to do 3 coats of paint, so you will probably need to book for a longer period of time. Overall, I highly recommend this experience to try out! If I ever have anything I want to paint or another friend who wanted to try, I would definitely go back.
