When we had made a decision On our choice of dining table and chairs, we met with the salesperson. He spent a good bit of time looking over everything on the computer with us. I think our sales guy was the guy in another review who was resting in a chair! Seems like he's super comfortable in his line of work and maybe he was testing the merchandise!!

Scott who we have spent the most time with is quite personable and really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. In our first interaction more than a year ago we went in shopping for a mattress to put on a child's bunk bed. We were looking for a comfortable, affordable mattress. They didn't try to sell something we couldn't afford, instead we were directed to exactly what we needed. As a result we have returned twice more. The prices were fair, in one case he even found extra savings for us in the form of a manufacturer deal that arrived in the mail while we were there looking around. They let us purchase a mattress, then return it when it wasn't quite the right one for us a couple weeks later, then helped us purchase the perfect mattress. We have been sleeping great ever since! We also purchased a sturdy bed frame, bunk bed foundations and all for great prices. They also offer a more affordable, higher quality mattress protector than we have seen elsewhere. It is nice to visit with someone who knows their products and can offer helpful advice. They have treated us very well as customers and we will be back again.

In the middle of a pandemic, when furniture is so scarce, it warmed my heart that they would even suggest selling me the floor model. I had my table in like 3 days. This is a privately owned business with honest owners. Chain stores ain't got nothing on this place. I will definitely be back and I'm so happy its close to my new house.

I have hypermobile EDS so all my joints are garbage, and i recently slipped a disk in my back. My physical therapist recommended a memory foam bed and a zero gravity recliner. My sister and mom have degenerative disk disease, so they've been customers of relax the back down in Texas for years, so I knew to come here. I got a tempurpedic memory foam mattress with an adjustable base. They have new cooling memory foam mattresses now so we hopefully won't have to worry about overheating at night. The adjustable base lets me adjust the head, legs, and even lumbar support, and it's a split frame so my husband and I can have our own settings. It's going to be so good for both my back and my sleep apnea. I also got a humantouch zero gravity recliner with both heat and massage. My physical therapist said sitting on a squishy couch without proper back or neck support was not doing my body any favors, and this chair is a wonderful alternative. There were some issues getting financing set up with Synchrony but Mark patiently worked through all of them, calling the company and getting everything set up. Since my back hurt I stayed in the recliner while he brought things to me as needed. They have all sorts of things in the store- massage chairs, zero gravity, power lift chairs, mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, support cushions, desk chairs, desks, braces, and more.

I came in for a kneeling chair, and told him about my car accident back and neck pains. The kneeling chair is the most affordable. Mark showed me a $4000 chair, which was comfortable, but not for my wallet. I bought the kneeling chair and brought it home. Maybe I was having too much fun rocking on it, and it triggered my whiplash. I had to see my doctor, and returned the chair within 2 days. No problem with returns! This time Stacy was there. I went over my whole car accident back and neck pain, and now whiplash. Stacy said she wouldn't have sold me the rocking kneeling chair. So I said, okay, I'm in so much pain, can you help me get this right? She showed me the $4000 chair. Sorry, it's too expensive. I felt like Goldilocks, trying out all the different chairs until we found one that was "Just right". I love this store, because it's like a shoe store, where the expert fits me to the chair, and adjusts it to fit me. I was so relieved. Staci fitted me to the Navy blue X-Chair and put it in my car for me. Now I'm out of excruciating pain, and am totally humbled by this experience. When you have a special needs back, and a $200 Costco chair puts you in so much pain, be prepared for paying more for a back and neck chair that works.

Many places could only do custom as twin is so small for places that mainly only sell queen and king beds. I was not looking to spend thousands either. I walked in and was greeted by Luis Vega. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. It was so easy and he knew all his stock. I left in under 20 minutes with the bed frame and mattress in my car. I spent under $400 and it is exactly what I needed. The bed frame was super easy to assemble and I had that done in 5 minutes. After unfurling the mattress I made up the bed and its ready to go. Great inventory o hand and great customer service. Very happy to have stopped in there today.
