True to their word - they called me that day. I called them back Wednesday morning. They quoted $130 and advised it would be ready latest Monday depending on when they could get the battery. Much to my surprise they called me around 5 pm Thursday and let me know it was already ready. They are open until 6 pm on weekdays so I was able to go and pick it up right away. I'm happy that I was able to get it sooner so to minimize the work I needed to get done for my business. Note: I'm sure I could have replaced it myself but it literally looked like it would blow any minute so I didn't want to take the chance and they also take care of battery disposal which I didn't want to deal with.

When I asked them what was wrong with it they refused to tell me saying that it's their policy not to say if the repairs are not going to be done there. After some discussion and several refusals they said the problem was with one of about six different parts but they still refused to tell me which one. I paid the $45 diagnostic fee and left still not knowing. I paid for the diagnostic and was entitled to know what part the problem was. I feel cheated because I was not told beforehand that if I didn't get it actually repaired there that they wouldn't tell me and I feel that I didn't get what I paid for and I feel cheated.

Never have I ever had somebody so blatantly try to cheat me. !!!! please be warned !!! not honest people !!! I got two other quotes... for the exact same thing. Both of them were less than their original quote and of course they then attempted to add an additional 60% on top of that ... so it certainly wasn't that their first quote was low. It was fair like I said my other two quotes were less but raising it 65% is outlandish and deserves to be called unfair and they do not deserve your service !!!!

I found out they were taking a long needed vacation and they let customers know they highly recommend that I take my PC service to Josh's shop 'What Ya Break', in Marina, CA right at the mouth of reservation road. Josh did an excellent and cost effective diagnoses on my old PC and helped me design out and build a new, quieter and more energy efficient PC going forward with an intel i5 Hex CPU, DDR4 memory, MSI motherboard and other important parts moved over from my older machine. It Works Most Excellent. So quiet I do not even know it is on ! Color me happy.

Yes, some are a little bit larger than others, but they all carry the same selection of great construction and home design based stuff. Whether you're in there looking for lighting equipment, power tools, gardening items and plants, or wood to build that whatever it is you want to build, you're going to find it here. What is there to complain about? In terms of pricing, they're very competitive with whatever marketplace your looking at. They sell things for a very reasonable price. So, if you're looking for that whatever, you pretty much know you're going be able to find it at the Home Depot, and you know you're gonna be paying a fair price for it. This location is situated right off of Highway One. I find this a great location, because you can just hop right off the highway, walk into the store, get whatever you need, and then jump right back on Highway One. You can't ask for more than that. Overall, from all my experiences here, the staff here have always been super nice. Nothing to complain about there. I cancelled an appointment with them and drove 4 hours away to have IGLA installed and Compustar instead. I mainly wanted IGLA due to its features. Fast forward, I needed a rear dash camera (purchased off amazon; Neideso 360 dash camera set) installed into my camper shell and this company refused stating that "I had to go back to the people that installed my security system to have them install a rear dash camera". That is a lie. He was upset that I didn't use his company to install my after factory security system. This behavior shows a lack of emotional intelligence and poor customer service. People have after factory devices installed by different companies all the time. The front dash camera was installed by me inside my truck but due to having a camper shell I wanted the rear camera placed into the campershell.
