Also I had my jacket hemmed- it was a bit sloppy. She found other places my jacket needed hemmed and to be honest, with the work she did I could have done it myself. See photos. I was charged $115 for hemming my jeans and fixing my jacket with a dry clean (there was a stain on my jacket). Anyway, usually I'd go back in and have them redo it, but she's kinda pushy- very sweet woman but I don't like not being listened to. Bar none, the repairs were the best I have ever had done anywhere! The quality was outstanding! Their attention to detail is not something I see anymore. On all three repairs they found extra items that needed TLC and did them without extra charges. The staff is always friendly too. I would rate them 4 & 1/2 stars on their workmanship if I could. I would give Casmera 5 stars if they were not so in demand and took longer than expected for all the jobs. That is a great problem to have. I went to Joanne Fabrics and bought a few yards of fire-engine red boat canvas to use as a new interior coat liner. Regal did a great job replacing the old liner and repairing the old pocket stitching. They also added a two large interior pockets the original did not have. I should have buffed out more insulation but decided not from concern it may look too puffy. I like the idea of selecting my own fabric and they understand well my intent.
