My coworker and I walked over from our hotel to check the place out. The doughnuts are made with…read morepotato flour, which we had never heard of. We were warmly greeted by the employee working. The large display case is so eye catching, filled with the various Spudnuts. I ordered a Plain Old Fashioned and my coworker ordered an Original Glazed Spudnut. They have a partnership with Jitter's Coffee so you can order their Coffee, Espresso, and Tea there as well. Not a separate business, ordering is together. I went with an Iced Chai. The place has cool decor. One wall and corner tells the story of the Spudnut, complete with bags of Potato Flour. There is also comfy seating throughout but we headed back to our hotel, which was a 2 minute walk. The Spudnut was delicious. To be honest I couldn't taste that it was made from potato flour, tasted like a regular delicious doughnut. It did have a lighter texture. My Chai was perfect. We both commented we should have got another one for later! Definitely try a Spudnut if you are in the area!

It's really cool to me that the owner makes her own grass jelly (one of the optional toppings) and many of the treats/desserts in the case. I have tried the mochi waffles as well and I'm a fan of the Ube one but I imagine the other flavors are good too. I haven't tried their flavored shaved ice but the servings are very generous. I appreciate that they usually use fresh fruit in their smoothies rather than relying completely on powder or syrup, and you can adjust the sugar and ice in the drinks easily! They definitely care about quality and they put a lot of boba in there! The space is really open, cute, and comfortable, and the people who work there are so nice and work hard (shout out to Katie!).
