Ever since this place opened years ago, my mom and I always pick one up to share when we would go shopping. It is such a good snack to have while walking around. We went recently and it has been a very long time since I've had it because I just don't go to the mall at all anymore. My bf and I were only here to kill time while waiting for our Crumbl order down the street. We stopped by this stand and I was super excited since it's been so long. I was looking at the menu and I was bummed to see that it has changed a little (or maybe just this location?) I always got the waffle fries because the seasoning would really stick to it and I like the flatness of them. But I didn't see it anymore! Maybe the sweet potato replaced it? I ended up getting the loopy (curly) fries with the bbq seasoning anyway and it was great! They season it so perfectly and can't go wrong with it. Do you have 40mins to burn standing around a food kiosk in a mall? Do you wanna watch 6 unorganized teens stand around behind a counter while feeling patrons frustrations grow? Then Potato Corner is where you want to be. My God, all I wanted was chicken tenders and fries and I got stuck at this mall for 40mins waiting around. I have worked in the food industry as a teen, server, hostess, to go, I've done it all....and i get it....but the unorganized mess that is Potato Corner is ridiculous! They serve 2 things on the menu, chicken and potatoes and they haven't mastered a system to crank out their food in an organized and smooth manner? Come on? 40mins for fried food is insane, especially when there are so many hands on deck. At the 25min mark, I would see all these orders leaving...I would walk up and ask "38 ready?" And I would be hit with "waiting on the chicken tenders" ....ok chicken tenders take 10mins max....35mins pass...."number 42, 43, 44" Okkkay....where's 38? I walk back up at 40mins to everyone just standing around "hey man I've been waiting for over 30 mins" They tell me again they are waiting on my tenders, as I see them sitting behind the glass under heat lamps. He finally realizes...oh there they are and makes my order. Hands me my food, I ask if I can please have it to go please, and dude says "you can grab a bag and pack it up" No napkins, offering of condiments or sauces. Dude. As I am standing there, hands full of bags. $16 and over 40mins later It sucks because the service and unorganization is what ruined it for me. The food was actually good and potatoes are my favorite food. Crispy fries, crispy chicken tenders..wish we would get more food for $16 but it really was delicious. The seasonings are powder tho which is a bummer. No fresh ingredients here, but what do you expect from mall food. I am not one to complain, or be overly rude, but not all experiences are 5 stars, and im alqays hopeful, bad experiences can help pave the road for better ones in the future. It's a shame I have to write this as I'm a big potato corner fan, but unfortunately I had a disgusting experience recently. An older Indian lady was serving my food and accidentally spilled my fries on the counter top which I didn't think anything about it because I assumed she would remake my fries...instead she scooped my fries from the counter back into the cup and gave them to me like that. I won't be eating there again any time soon. Please do something about that employee as it's completely unacceptable and unsanitary to serve customers that way read more

It's really a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the fries can be fresh or sometimes they are not, sometimes they put a good amount of seasoning and sometimes they don't put enough. There isn't really a consistent good quality, the fries and flavoring are amazing though! My Filipino Fry Fix! Whenever I am in the area I always make it a point to treat myself with giga fries! This is my sister and my go to snack spot. There is always a line but it doesn't bother me. They do not cook the fries until after you order so, yes, it may take a little longer and there will be a line but I promise you it will be fresh, hot, and crispy! Typical wait time is around 10-15 minutes, however that is to be expected. Price is usually around 8-12 dollars depending on how much I tip and the size. TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT AND PRICE :) The people working are always very nice and friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong and when things are slow they have even offered me free samples. My go to order is a Giga regular fries with BBQ and Sour Cream and Onion seasoning. It does have a little kick but I love it. If your taste buds are more sensitive stick with the cheese or sour cream. If you are messy feel free to ask for a bag and napkins, they do not leave it out on the table however they will give it to you if you request it. I will always spot here if I am in the area. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was courteous. They have coca cola products so I was loving it. They are located inside the mall on ground floor level. I do agree the quality of service has declined since I was there before the pandemic, but it wasn't the worst imo. when I got there, there was no line to order and the person closest to the cash register just stood there. I waited and someone who was working on putting the fries in the cooker came to take my order. he was nice and efficient. I've loved potato corner for as long as I could remember. Growing up in the Philippines it's always been a kind of pricy treat for us. To this day, I get excited to go to the mall to be able to have a slice of my childhood every time I buy some fries. There are a lot more options here than when I was younger and it really is the best. The flavors taste just the same since they get them shipped from the same suppliers overseas. Everything's made to order so it usually entails a bit of a line and a wait to get my fix. I usually come to this locations very pleased with polite service and I would usually give a 5-star review. But today I have to say I'm absolutely devastated by the service I got. There were only two girls working today and one of them (Naomi I believe, that's the name on the receipt she checked us at the counter. Dark hair light eyes) is working so so hard and still just as polite as usual. While the other girl (glasses and braids) has been terribly rude with the customers and going on her phone while the other girl is cooking up all the orders. The food is still top notch and that's why the review still has stars. I don't typically write bad reviews at all to give some benefit of the doubt that people have bad days. But seeing how hard the other girl is working to make up for the other one is really sad to me and I hope management does something about it. We asked for napkins and she gave us a big sigh and slammed the napkins on the counter. The other girl asked for help at the cashier while she cooked more fries and she kept texting on her phone like she heard nothing. I have never left a bad review before, but this location is awful. Some of the staff are so incredibly rude, it's crazy. I literally told this girl I'm here for a pick up order, and she said she'll get it. She looked around, and just walked out of the booth without saying anything to me. I was standing there for like 5 minutes on my lunch breaking thinking shes gonna come back. I asked another worker and my order was right next to her. So incredibly rude and awful staff, not to mention the girl that always has her headphones in, while on the clock, when you talk to her she sounds so confused.
