    It's super hard to find an office supply anymore! This location is close so I stopped by…read more I needed acrylic stands for signs, they had 4 boxes so I grabbed them. I got home and 1 box was used all scratched up and instead of 4 stands inside the box someone swapped out a different sign inside. This was frustrating because it meant another trip to the store. They really need to check when people return items and not restock it at full price $29.99. I understand it's not the fault of the people who work there but they really need to check returns. Because this is a waste of time & gas for anyone. My first trip out was great the workers were very helpful and it was a fast check out. The return trip took so long, only 1 cashier and 5 people in line and 4 of them were returns, and it took a lot longer not sure why ‍. The cashier didn't really care why I brought it back but did mark it with a sticker that read damaged sold as is (or something to that effect). So they were clearly putting it back on the shelf. The store isn't well stocked or maybe just sold out (I'm not sure). It was clean and orderly not didn't really have enough stock on what I needed.

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

    I started to work with Lora on my 2023 taxes. Sent her my books and previous return so she could…read moreget acquainted with my books and returns. We didn't need her to do bookkeeping as we did our own but so she could familiarize herself with our company. We weren't going to do my taxes until I received all my 1099's to make sure all the numbers were correct. When I did receive all 1099's I noticed on a reconciliation file from paypal that they were double reporting me and I sent her the files to look at to confirm my suspicions. At first she didn't understand, then I sent another file and a detailed response to her voice mail and another detailed response to her email stating she would just do my tax returns and that's it. By now this is the 3rd day and several hours wasted on trying to get an answer about what I was seeing. I'd been trying to get a confirmation of what I was seeing and she still had not answered my simple question of, were they double reporting some income. She stated that she was too busy to look at the stuff as she was in full swing and didn't have the "bandwidth" to field my questions. One. Simple. Question. I found that when I did talk on the phone she was somewhat rude when she was challenged. As in how dare I tell her she might be doing something wrong. But in the end she never did answer my questions and with all the emails sent back and forth it was very apparent that she had never really looked at the files I sent her otherwise she could have just answered my 1 simple question. You are supposed to be my "tax professional" yet couldn't take the time to answer my question. we are PAYING for YOUR SERVICE, you should answer the questions of the customer who would be paying you, thankfully we didn't go with her. I also had asked for a quote which I got initially and when asked her again a month later to make sure I had the numbers right she had raised her quote by 250$ more than the initial quote and I had to call her on that. We decided that it was best not to work with her and did find a tax professional who spent 30 minutes with me initially, answered my questions and then called me back 5 days later to ask me more questions to clarify things on the returns and books I sent him to familiarize him with my business. A true Professional. Took the time to talk, and answer my questions and then ask more. Even though he was in "Full Swing" of tax season. I can't really recommend this person.

It is clear she has lots of experience and was able to alleviate my stress and clarify some things that had been very confusing to me. I look forward to working with her in the future.
