Would 100% recommend. I came here on a friend's recommendation after using Turbo Tax for years, and what a breath of fresh air! Mike Stone was super informative and took the time to explain everything. He also spent time discussing financial planning for this year to prepare for next tax season. This office has an organized system where you upload everything beforehand and then go over the documents in person. It saves time and ensures that nothing is missed. I will definitely be back next year! Thank you, Mike! read more

A few years back a colleague recommended FSA Tax; specifically Mike. I am soooo grateful for Mike and Andrew from FSA Tax! I have been working with them ever since that initial hire and have not looked back! They are extremely efficient, provide the best and most professional service, answer all your questions, and are very thorough. I understand this work is no easy feat, yet they are consistent in their professionalism and have never projected any stress onto me as a Client. I say this as my prior tax preparer was often moody, would project his stress onto Clients, would not return calls or messages, and was always unavailable due to medical or other emergencies. I am extremely grateful for FSA Tax and for their profound thoroughness, professionalism, and efficiency. As much as I try to get my tax documents prepared in advance, I never seem to do so and am running behind. Nonetheless, they always deliver superb service! They also remind me what's due for the year other than the tax payments. Thank you Mike and Andrew! read more

I am so glad I thought to go on Yelp to find an accountancy firm. FSA has exceeded my expectations and I am just so glad to have found them. They are first-rate professionals who do a top-notch job. Mike has put the T in thorough with his highly detailed and efficient handling of my return, something I have never experienced in the many decades of dealing with professional accountants, all of whom charged more (for doing far less). In addition, Mike was also patient and gracious as I stumbled my way through, for which I am appreciative. It's just that I never had an accountant ask so many questions, all of which proved to be quite beneficial to my return. FSA has won my confidence and I know you'll feel the same way if you decide to engage them. For your all your accounting needs I highly recommend FSA. I've got three words to describe this firm: EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! read more

Where do I even begin? Without Jack, I do not know where my business would currently be! I had a pretty bad experience with a previous CPA and honestly should've listened to my gut instinct. That can be an awfully unsettling feeling for anyone, but even more so for a self employed, small business owner. About a year ago, I called Jack after being highly referred by my cousin - who is also also a business owner. In a complete stressful panic, I basically begged for him to call me. He very graciously called me back (it felt like nearly right away & on a weekend mind you) and just completely eased my nerves. So professional, kind, personable and helpful. My gosh, he truly was my saving grace. He then took immediate action and worked on fixing the nonsense my previous CPA got me in to. He has very, very patiently walked me through all the necessary steps over the last year that were needed to take moving forward. It's been really nice to have someone to consult with and make sure I'm making the right decisions for my company. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how fantastic Jack & his entire staff is! Oh and I also forgot to mention, I'm about 2.5 hours away and have been able to do all communication virtually & over the phone - An awesome advantage for me, a very busy Mom & like I mentioned, a business owner! :) Again, I will always be so grateful for just how well he took care of me that first initial interaction. Experiences like that stick, so thanks FSA Tax! If you're reading this, your research is over. Hire Jack if you want top notch tax services & the highest quality customer service! read more

These guys are THE best value when it comes to taxes. Mike was way more personable and hands on than my old accountants that charged 2X as much! They were so well priced that ,at first, I wasn't sure they realized all the forms and complexity of my multiple corporations. But they handled it like pros and the bills came out as promised. Very impressed and will use again for personal and corporate returns!! Steve and Gayla read more

I know 3 other people who are also happy with FSA Tax Service. We brought Jack a couple years worth of returns to sort out and right away he noticed that our property taxes were listed as only $500! What had happened was I had been using a different tax service for years. When driving away after a frustrating meeting with the former CPA, I wondered how long it took people around Ronald Reagan to question what was going on when he developed dementia and decided to find another CPA. I sought referrals from friends and was thankfully directed to FSA. Mike and Jack are knowledgeable, helpful, and timely with a quick turnaround. Nice, too! So worth the drive to La Mesa. read more
