Update- we decided to sit inside and eat our pizza. First, when we walked In We were greeted by a young lady who made sure to explain to us an in depth menu. Second, she was efficient without being overbearing on pressuring us to order. We ordered the Diavola pizza. This pizza was so good! I happen to be passing Celebration and recalled a foodie friend saying Posto Pizza was very similar to NY style pizza and delicious. I have been craving good pizza so I gave it a try. It was absolutely amazing and some of the best pizza I've had in so long. I can't compare it to NY style pizza because I've never been but it was cooked in a wood burning oven and all ingredients are fresh...nothing frozen. Even their sauce is made from scratch with plum tomatoes. You can taste the freshness with the thin crispy Neapolitan dough. I got a plain cheese pizza and I was blown away. The ingredients are so simple with Italian Plum Tomato Sauce, Grande" Mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano. Simply perfect. They are known for making craft pizzas and have other styles like Margarita I'm dying to try. They also have salads, wings, a cheese board and various desserts. Their prices are a little higher than your average pizza joint but I can honestly say the pizza is worth it!! All pizzas come in one custom size at 14" and are made with the fresh ingredients. They also have craft beer and wines to pair perfectly. One last thing to mention is the service. I placed a order over the phone and it was ready within 15 mins. The employees were friendly and the atmosphere is so modern and stylish. I read that they built their business with the help of other businesses with the motto "Built by our community, for our community!" And that makes me love them even more. Absolutely delicious, this is the best pizza in the area. Everything is made fresh to order. We ordered the Bianca pizza and also a pepperoni pizza. The pizzas were not too thick, not too thin, not too much sauce just perfect. I also added a little truffle oil to the Bianca and order was just divine. Fresh out of the gate, I'm really pulling for this place. Outside of a few of the big names, the pizza selection in central Florida sucks. This coming from a NY/NJ pizza snob, that does also believe in a Chicago Pie. I've now enjoyed both takeout and dine in. Neither one has disappointed. The crust is nice and crisp, and even foldable for the size. The dough is fresh. The sauce is really a hidden gem, with just enough sweet to make you notice. Toppings are fresh. The brick oven gives it that high heat cook and crisp that you expect in a Decent pie. I had the prosciutto pie tonight, and was pleasantly surprised to have the shaved meat put on after the cook. Meatball sandwich was a polite way of saying "badass meatball heaven". It's not a sub/hoagie. It's is a thick sandwich bread that gets grilled with cheese and the marina sauce comes on the side. That's a great idea and keeps the sandwich from getting soggy. Had bottled beers while I waited and was priced right. Small place to eat inside but filled with food that is sure to please and fill you up! Even with a limited menu. They are open late which made it great for people getting out the parks late. Opening day! It's so good to have a new pizza place in Celebration. The giant oven is hard to miss as you first walk in. The atmosphere is very simple and stylish. There is seating at the pizza bar, as well as several tables indoors. We called ahead with our order and were told about 30 minutes. It was a very busy opening day. We ordered a cheese pizza, a mushroom and sausage pizza, a Caesar salad, a caprese salad, and a meat and cheese board. The prices are reasonable and the food was mostly good. We enjoyed the salads the most. I think the meat and cheese board would be better enjoyed in person instead of take out. The pizzas seemed a little undercooked. The cheese pizza was great! When I first saw the mushroom and sausage pizza, I asked about the Italian sausage looking pink and raw. I was told by another customer that the particular type of sausage is meant to look like that. I asked the person who brought me my order, and she checked with the kitchen. She came back and told me the sausage is precooked and offered to put it back in the oven. I declined since it was close to 45 minutes since we ordered and I needed to get going. We ended up throwing the pizza in the oven when we got home to cook it more to our liking. I've never seen Italian sausage on a pizza look like that, and it wasn't appetizing for us. I have seen prosciutto on pizza but it was always in a ribbon form, not chunks of meat like this. It was delicious after just 5 minutes in our oven and the wild mushrooms were yummy. I think when we go back, we will try dining in. Amazing food, service, and quality! The meatball appetizer is a must try, and serves many. We tried the meatball snakes ziti this time around too and the pasta itself was the perfect texture - weird thing to latch onto but it really impressed me. We also got the Hawaiian pizza, the jalapeños are such a nice touch but personally some of the pork was a little fatty. But just pick it off and the pizza was delicious. The restaurant is nice and spacious inside but we have always opted for take out. Parking is tricky, it's in a plaza with angled spots so you might have to circle or park a little ways away. It is a pricier pizza/Italian spot so give it a try and don't let the price scare you away at least once! read more
